The drive through experience at this location is the consistently the worst I’ve ever had. The staff frequently hands out scorched coffee (which is very easy to avoid). When it’s not scorched, the order is wrong. Today it was wrong TWICE in a row, wasting 20 minutes of my morning. They wouldn’t take the incorrect order back, claiming they weren’t allowed to, even though every other Tim hortons drive though will take their order back on their behalf (which has happened more times than I can count). There was a day we had an order made incorrectly 3 times and every time we tried to tell her, slowly, what we actually wanted, she kept interrupting us in an effort to show she got it, then of course didn’t. I mean it’s preposterous.
They’re rude and often make snide remarks at the window. Rarely a hello or a thank you. (Rarely, not never, and the few super friendly folks are why this place got a star) And never an apology for any of the constant errors or poor quality. Terrible.
I’m Canadian and I managed one of these stores when I was in university. If this had been my staff, I would have restaffed...
Read moreThis Tim Horton's location is the absolute best! The employees there are extra friendly and definitely go the extra mile! I went in this AM to buy some timbits. I asked way too many questions, but the cashier, Aliya, was extra patient with me and always kind and professional. After ordering, I was told that they were out of the chocolate timbits, but the baker immediately told me that if I was willing to wait 4 minutes, he would make me some. I was in no hurry, so I agreed to wait. While waiting at a booth, the baker (I'm sorry, but I can't begin to spell the baker's name bc it was too long and complicated for my pre-coffee mind) actually came out, apologized for the wait and offered me some coffee. Very soon after that, he came out with my order of timbits. He again apologized and then told me that he put in some extra chocolate timbits in my box bc I had to wait. I was so impressed with this baker and the cashier. These people seem to love their job and are so very kind to their customers. I will definitely be back! Thanks for...
Read moreI read the reviews and should have picked another location, but I thought, “people just like to complain.” No. It’s bad. The items themselves seem fine but the service is wildly bad. I ordered a half dozen donuts (had to explain that means 6 to the girl working) and a drink. The drink was on the promo board. The beverage was not added, so I asked at the window. They said I had to drive all the way back around because “the system won’t let them change orders at the window.” What??? You miss an item, I confirmed, as you seem confused on the speaker, then I have to drive another lap and start over? Then there was confusion by the staff as to what the promo drink was. Meanwhile, the whole crew stood and watched out the window, as I was visibly annoyed with the absurdity of the whole experience. It’s pouring rain, but there’s zero coverage for cars, so the interior of my car is soaked, and these employees remain clueless as the entire staff watches.
I love Tim Hortons, but do yourself a favor and pick...
