I placed a mobile order at Taco Bell and went inside to pick it up. My food was sitting on the mobile pickup shelf, but no drinks were with it. I waited 10 minutes to ask the employee for my drinks, and when I finally did, she was rude, texting on her phone, and gave me the wrong drink and size. I had to ask again to get it corrected. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The person behind the counter was friendly, but not dressed in a uniform. The service was efficient and the food came out quickly. However the loaded potato griller was a little poorly done. Overall the cleanliness was decent and I loved the country music they had playing. Certainly had the downtown push downs after I ate there but that’s to be expected from TB.

I ordered a Power Bowl but what I got was a soggy wrapper in a leaky box. The wrapper was falling apart because the beans had soaked through. It wasn't in a bowl, it was in this cardboard box with a wrapper. The box leaked juices into the bag and got my sauces all wet and my other order. Don't think I'm getting Taco Bell anytime soon.👎

I am generally a big fan of Taco Bell, but my recent experience at the local branch was far from satisfactory. It was a startling departure from what I have come to expect from this global brand. I've been left with no choice but to bring my grievances here to caution other unsuspecting customers.

My first issue was the distinct lack of beverage options. I attempted to order an iced coffee, but was informed upon arrival that they didn't have any. Also missing was unsweetened tea - another staple for many health-conscious individuals like me who prefer to minimize their sugar intake. Both items were listed as available on their app, which led to considerable confusion and disappointment.

What exacerbated my dissatisfaction was the app itself. It allowed me to order these items, with no indication that they were actually unavailable. One would expect that a restaurant of Taco Bell's size and reputation would keep their digital menu updated. This oversight resulted in an inconvenience, wasting my time as I had to reorder at the counter.

Speaking of the counter, when I tried to cancel the missing items from my order, I was informed that it was not possible. This was a shock, as many other food establishments I frequent have no issue with last-minute changes or cancellifications.

Adding insult to injury, when I finally received my meal, the taco portions were significantly smaller than usual. The portion size left much to be desired, and I felt that I had not received good value for my money.

In conclusion, my experience at this particular Taco Bell was an exercise in frustration. From the beverage disappointment, the inaccurate app listings, the inability to make necessary changes to my order, to the unexpectedly small portions - the entire experience fell significantly short of acceptable.

I hope that Taco Bell addresses these issues promptly. Customers deserve an accurate portrayal of what they can expect from their orders, and basic requests such as order changes or cancellations should not pose a problem. We also rely on portion consistency for value. Until these matters are resolved, I advise others to proceed with caution when...

I personally invest in yum and love the brand.... nothing better then having a good cheese quesadilla that was if it was put together with passion. Thanks to manager Brian and the crew they did an excellent job and gave a clean fine in experience couldn’t ask for more hopefully other local Taco Bell’s will do the same! Also I asked for a side of sauce and paid my dues and they filled them to the top instead of half way or quarter way! Best expierence and great environment.

Once done I asked for a gordita crunch in which no employee approached the cash register and no one lisetened to the manager to help me with my order. I give 5 stars to Brian for good service but all employees there on 11-11-17 @9:23pm were immature and didn’t help serve rather walk away and stand around...... service started off great and ended badly I should not have to ask for an employeee to take my order. Sadly this Taco Bell has had these problems recently especially with employeees not doing there work..... talking about raises and yelling yet you can’t take my order disappointing Taco Bell disappointing I hope your regional manager gets this cleared or this restaurant will fail. How long will it take for this Taco Bell to have good service overall. Sadly this ruins the rep for...

Let’s say worse Taco Bell in the United States! 7/26/2021 the dine in sign was on. Well doors were locked. The drive up winter had a long line, understandably because of the untrained staff member. A male employee walked out to the trash can, we inquired why the dining room was closed. He stated they were down 10 employees, they only had 10 in the building and needed all 20. Well the girl who took my order, messed it up three times, stopped and said, “we are only taking cards today~ no cash””, is that ok?” We replied yes, she then said, “oh then reorder”. My husband explained it was a poorly run Taco Bell, and she laughed hysterically! She then said”You think so? Ok” laughing again. We drove to the pick up window~ A young man Opened the window with a great smirk on his face, we asked to speak to the manager. The boy yelled at a girl, “ hey they want to talk to a manager”,she peered out the window, and rolled her eyes. The manager a male with a beard and long hair, said, “ yes?”. We explained the girl laughing and his reply was, “well we’re training her and others and they’re not up speed”. The order was handed to us, there were no napkins, we asked for some, the manager said, “ we don’t have any we are out of stock!” They also did NOT give us a receipt! Total chaos in...
