Staff approached very unprofessional when their POS terminal faulted during processing my credit card. It keeps saying COM Error. I used three different cards but still the same fault. The lady and the man at the register trying to convince me that’s my cards’ issue, while you of t need to be IT savvy or English professor to understand the root cause from the Error message. It’s was clear… it’s a communication issue. (COM = Communication). After a couple of cash paying customers, I tried one more time and this time the transaction was done completely. The cashier (youg man) still trying to convince me that was my card’s issue. I understand it’s hard to learn from your customers but at least be quiet and learn… it’s good for your future kiddo!! I was so disappointed that I don’t thing would go back to Dunkin at least for a while. You guys are not Tesla with no competitor. Try to attract by manner not to reject...
Read moreI don’t know how should I react on that girl who took my order. The braces were on her who took my order. She was extremely rude and made me feel bad. I ordered hot milk for my daughter and paid her around $2.70 When I received my order glass of milk it was cold told. I simply asked her I ordered hot milk then she told me for safety concerns we won’t provide hot milk to anyone. Then I asked her so why you didn’t mention me the time when I ordered hot milk. That lady was so rude and didn’t know how to talk with customer. The way she was responding me made me to force to get refunded which apparently she did but she was keep telling me something which I feel like she hardly care about anything. Long story in short: Dunkin management should increase pay rate to get more skilled employees not just hire people because they just care about their business not the customer who are giving them business.

Read moreI recently visited Dunkin’ and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fresh and tasted great. My donut was soft and perfectly glazed, and the coffee was brewed just right. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite the store not being very busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took significantly longer than expected to receive my order. While they were polite and apologetic, the delay was noticeable and inconvenient, especially for a brand known for quick service.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but improving efficiency would make the experience much better for customers, especially during busy mornings when time is crucial.
