First and foremost - WOW, the units are spectacular. Serenite is truly a GEM nestled perfectly on a picturesque peak with gorgeous views. The units are decorated with such elegance. They did not skip a beat with fully loading these dreamy getaways. Floor to ceiling fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom, imagine the snowfall coming down, gazing out at the breathtaking views, sipping on your vino with furry socks while laying in front of the cozy warm fire listening to music, Ah! The finest life! Music is #1 for us, the Sonos sound system throughout the sound proof condos is a favored bonus. Heated toilet seats and floors, let's be honest, make me never want to leave. The waterfall island provides endless hosting, dining and drinking options. And let me tell you, this is just the beginning! The plans in store for this private luxury retreat are a true treasure. The four seasons pool is calling my name AND I cannot wait for that clubhouse life!! The sky is the limit with the future amenities as well as the local attractions. The most important part of a thriving community is the people. We worked with Liz primarily as the sales manager on site. She was fantastic, very easy to work with, talk to, built rapport, such a sweetheart. Along with Liz, Todd was terrific, answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Amanda is also delightful, she has a vast wealth of knowledge about the area and the surroundings, responsive and very friendly! The pre sales team was superb, special shout out to Christine for making our first appointment happen. There is a four letter word I like to use when doing business, for work or pleasure, and that word is EASY. They make it easy to fall in love with Serenite and all it has to offer. At no point in time did we feel pressured and or hesitant. It was a no brainer, such an easy decision. The property speaks loudly for itself. Their attention to detail is bar none. The actual experience at the presentation was good.. however there were a few things that could be improved.. when Sèrènitè called to confirm my appointment the individual on the phone was rude and demanding. That happened on both occasion I called..that's a definite NO in my book. So when I came to the actual presentation my guard was up. I was only able to relax when Ms.Tara started asking questions, genuinely wanting our feedback on the product presented. I was not able to take advantage of the product at this time, but would definitely consider doing so at a future time. However I truly believe customer service is at the core of any business. There is a definite need for improvement in those areas. From the phone staff to the reps. When you rely on other companies to send you potential buyers, you need to honor the promises made for their attendance. Elizabeth comment was not warranted at the end. Ms. Tara. I went into this with patience and an open mind. When we first toured the grounds the first building, or phase 1 was underway. A project of this magnitude takes a lot of planning and during a pandemic, everything is not always going to go as planned. In my opinion, in order to get in on something of this quality, at a reasonable price, it would take some patience to let things happen.

The tour of the property and phase 1 in process was everything I expected and more. You could tell that this was going to be a well thought out, high quality finished product. The presentation of what we could expect over the next several weeks was right on the money. We are now only days away from our first stay at Sérénité and we are excited to get there.
