I have been a regular at my local Starbucks for quite some time now, visiting both in the morning and at night. This coffee shop has become my go-to place, as the majority of the crew knows me by name, remembers my usual order, and often has it prepared before I even have a chance to place it. This personalized touch creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The staff at this Starbucks is undeniably one of its greatest assets. They are friendly, attentive, and always make an effort to engage in meaningful conversations with customers. It's evident that they genuinely care about creating a positive experience for everyone. Their exceptional customer service is a major reason why I feel so comfortable and valued as a regular customer. In terms of the quality of the beverages and food, Starbucks consistently delivers. My favorite drink is always prepared to perfection, and the selection of pastries and snacks never disappoints. Whether I'm in need of a morning caffeine boost or a quick bite to eat, this Starbucks has become my reliable go-to spot. However, there is one aspect that occasionally poses an inconvenience. On some occasions, I have arrived to find the store closed inside due to team meetings, leaving only the drive-thru available. While I understand the necessity of team meetings, it would be appreciated if this information was made available in advance, either through social media or on-site notices. This would allow customers like myself to plan accordingly, avoiding any unnecessary trips. Fortunately, it seems that the management has addressed this issue, as I haven't encountered any recent closures during my visits. It's possible that the one woman who was rude about the situation has been let go, as I haven't seen her at the store. This improvement only adds to the overall positive experience I have at this location. Considering the exceptional service, consistent quality, and the warm atmosphere created by the friendly staff, I wholeheartedly recommend my local Starbucks to anyone seeking a reliable coffee shop experience. Despite the occasional hiccup with store closures, this is still a top-notch establishment that earns my loyalty. I find myself spending a significant amount of money here each week, and I have no doubt that it's...
Read moreNever had a bad Starbucks experience before now, I asked for 5 matcha for reference and I always get the exact same drink every order custom, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. Always tastes the same. Tonight I came in around 8:30, close to close and I apologized in advance and I understand it was late. This isn’t really excusable. First drink (lighter color) was quite literally mostly foam, I didn’t drink any of either of these for reference, just a sip to taste it and then let them melt until I got home. I go in and ask them to remake it very politely saying sorry but it’s mostly foam. They apologize and remake the drink, and I get the dark one, which tastes atrocious. Way too much matcha, even for five scoops. I can’t even drink it, and it’s extremely low as well, also had a lot of foam in it. Overall, I felt bad to even bother (I don’t complain about drinks), but this is just awful and I want a refund at this point. I mean really, the pictures...
Read moreI've been coming to the Starbucks since they replaced Sonic fast food Drive-In. Generally always a good experience. Nothing is perfect and some coffee days are better than others. I have noticed over the past several weeks when receiving my order that there is something that was not fulfilled. Not a big deal until today. I pulled up to the window to get my coffee, I saw that it was partially incorrect. I asked the associate to take note of the sticker on the cup that stated what was missing. He said okay please pull up a space so we can remake the coffee (not happily) however that is neither here nor there as it's up to you if you want to have an attitude working in a public service position. The next associate that brought my coffee our pretty much flung it at me spilling the top foam over the edge of my car. I smiled and said thank you. I truly wish we were not in a time where I have to be given an attitude for speaking up about my...
