Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Point Pleasant

Visiting from out of town and brought the kids here for the first time. We had a group of 10 but it was daytime and slow. The kids asked to try a few flavors and then we were told, NO MORE SAMPLES! I explained we’re had never been here and the kids were deciding what they wanted. I dealt with the owner or manager and he doubled down and said, I don’t care, no more samples. We paid for the one ice we received and went to Lighthouse Italian Ice in Point Pleasant. The kids loved it!! The servers were very friendly and happy to help the kids decide on flavors. Ordered from the Rita’s in Point last week I always get 2 quarts and a gallon. Last week I was asked to call ahead of time for an order of this size I call today and now they don’t take phone orders you can order at the window or we have door dash!! This place is the WORST they’ll Call cops on you for something your not doing at all and which ever girl was working just now shouldn’t treat their every year (I live in the Beach) customers such a hard time!! Go on cater to the ones who shouldn’t even be down here!! I hope they come back next year!! Or even next week remember a lot households lost...

I love Rita's Italian Ice, been coming here for years with my family and friends. They always have delicious new flavors to try and the classics to make everyone happy. They have Italian ice, cream ice, frozen custard, sugar free Italian ice options, and the best of all gelatis. The chocolate peanut butter Italian ice is out of this world.
