I came in and and this worker name RUBY approach me and asked are you ready to order I said yes, can I have a Strawberry milkshake, and then she asked again anything Else and I said yes, a butter pecan milkshake she took my order as she was rushing me… and as soon as i said oh, I’m sorry I have to pay and she said yes, it’s a new policy and mind me ruby looked away like she was upset of what I had asked her why? Marilu assistant manager said it’s a new policy but we have been pushing away…… I said I’m just concerned because I’ve came and they have never told me that. For me it was something out of the ordinary treatment I have gotten here. Marilu said if you have any complains you Can do the claim in the website on the receipt. I’ve been coming here for years and I had never got treated this rude and disrespectful. Marilu, for future reference don’t mix your job duties with friendships at work. You do have a responsibility there for you to say I don’t see what wrong did she do she turned away and was upset why, I hesitated to pay first. My daughter had went to order a cake for my granddaughter's birthday party but there was some kind of problem with my daughters card and it was looking like we weren't going to have a birthday cake for my granddaughter so I ended up calling and talking to a guy named Gil and had tried to see if we can get the cake made and we'll go in there and pay for it I don't want my granddaughter upset her birthday was in 2 days so he said he's going to go ahead and make the cake and we can go in on Saturday when we pick it up and pay for it then.... I was so grateful and thankful that he was going to let it go like that.... So I thank you Gil for making my granddaughter very happy she loved her cake it was...

I Have Been To The Baskin Robbins At Rio Rancho Road And Rancho Valley Drive In The Rio Rancho Towne Center. I Must Say That The Ice Cream Here Is Delicious And Sweet. The Service Here Is Wonderful And Great As Well. The Atmosphere Here Is Nice And Calm. Overall, This Place Is Great And Comforting To Go To. I Would Recommend This Place For Anyone Who Wants Ice...
