McDonald's — Restaurant in Pomona

Worst place to go the food is cold the fries are stale, like eating branches off a tree and if you want ice cream forget about it the machines been broken for twenty plus years. Unless you just crossed the desert and are starving don’t bother going there you’re not getting what you paid for because they can’t get the order right. Most likely because they can’t read English and until they change their order menus getting what you asked for is nearly impossible. I hope they’re not paying these people $20 an hour because they’re not worth 20 cents whatever happened to standards of the franchise someone needs to clean house literally and figuratively. When you walk in and see the filthy conditions of the dining area just remember the kitchen is no better but it is representative of the people that work there.

Update: employees still don’t understand English apparently they don’t know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Not to mention what’s the point of having free French fries Friday if you don’t want to honor the deal. Somebody needs to reevaluate the employees and management because if you can’t do a simple job like making a burger you shouldn’t be working there and if you don’t know how to hire competent people you shouldn’t be managing a business. Honestly, I've only eaten at this location a handful of times, and for some reason, it gives me a bit of a dirty feeling, even though it's not actually dirty inside. Weird, right? Anyway, if we're shopping across the street and want to grab a quick bite on the way home, I usually place an order ahead of time and walk in to pick it up. But, I have to say, the wait times have been pretty long every time I've been there, even when I've tried the curbside pickup option. It's worth noting that this location is usually pretty busy, probably because it's right off the freeway and in the shopping center district. It kind of reminds me of a McDonald's you'd stop at during a road trip. Overall, I guess I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5, mainly because they haven't messed up my order yet, which is impressive given how busy they always seem to be. I was disappointed on the last few occassions when i came to pick up pre ordered food. When you walk in they completely icnore you, lots of employees and managers just walk by and act like you are not there. Not even a just a minute i will be with you. Then they go and stand next to other drive thru employees and wait to have something to do instead of taking that time to help you. The other day a lady dressed as a manager came to ask my order number but did not speak english so could not understand my number so then just turned around and icnored me a customer that did speak spanish tried to help me and told her the number in spanish and with an attitude told him its not ready. Another employee not manager saw this came over and looked and gave me my order that was ready. I dont see how someine that can not understand her customers can be a manager.
