A spacially good sized store with an impressive selection of everything Italian food takes to make, or ready made, or all the condiments and ingredients that go into everything from lavish anti-pasti, to intricate sauces or meat concoctions, to the savory dessert favorites.

It's been here in Pompano, just a couple of blocks west of the Intracoastal bridge on the south side of Atlantic Blvd, seems like the better part of my life, and I'm 73.

They separate themselves from other lesser Italian delis and stores by providing a selection of the finest available imported from Italy brands, along side domestic and Canadian popular brands, as well as store prepared and specialist prepared sauces, cheeses, pastas, meats, and veggies which are totally unique to this store. Owner and staff delightful folks who appreciate your patronage.

Visit when you're hungry and you'll go home with lots of stuff. I usually go in with a short list to avoid over buying more than I use, since most everything that's not canned or bottled or frozen is fresh. They also have a large assortment of wines, imported waters, and olive oils and vinegars, if you are tired of the same few selections at Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Fresh Market or Publix. My family was in town this winter and I told them to get a hero on their way to the airport. Unfortunately the sandwich was very different from what was ordered. eg. no prosciutto and different condiments from what was ordered. A few weeks later I went to the deli to order a sandwich for myself and mentioned it to the owner. He was disappointed that a poor review was written. He said they should have come back which was impossible as they flew home. I asked for an accommodation and he said he would think about it. While making my sandwich I once again requested an accommodation and he said he would once again think about it. I paid for my sandwich and asked once again, and again the same response. I mentioned that there is local competition and he said because I said that he would not do anything to make amends. Poor customer satisfaction... As it turns out there is a great deli/ restaurant right across the street . I have ordered sandwiches and had several meals in the evening. while in Pompano. I would suggest to try it . When I was on the road I ate at this location many times. On my way home from the air show this afternoon I went out of my way to get a fresh mozzarella and salami sandwich with balsamic vinegar on a nice Italian roll. The works were to concerned with a driver who was picking up an order and didn't have enough money. Why it took every worker to deal with this issue was beyond me and the others that had to wait. I will say this the gentleman waiting on me did apologize for the delay. Now the problem when I got home and opened my sandwich I was unhappy to find I did not have fresh wet mozzarella as requested...the bread was also wet down with some oil vinegar conbo not the balsamic. I'm sure the guy was new as he had to check what everything was going to cost as well as ask questions about other issues.
