I had a delicate necklace that needed to be shortened, which was no small task for my tightly woven box chain. It required cleaning, cutting, and carefully soldering a new ring on both sides. The jeweler was so kind and professional, and he even took the time to do the work while I waited. It took about 50 minutes, and the result was flawless, you’d never know it had been altered.

Best place!!! Customer service excellent they go above and beyond ! My mom passed down a Gucci watch to me and I went to multiple jewelry stores to put a battery in it and they all turned me down and said it was impossible it would destroy the face of it . Today I walked in Diamonds and the ruff and Lou had it done within the hour !! Will forever...
