Youâll have the blues if you come here. They sold me a broken snorkel, charged me double for it, and they didnt have to care about it because itâs just another tourist trap and theyâll never see me again. A business that doesnât have to worry about doing whatâs right and only focused on making a quick buck. Everything is cheap quality for double the price. Avoid and just order off amazon. You did not offer me 25$ for the mask you sold me that wasnât working. I gave the mask back to you guys for 0$ because it was trash. All you offered was to sell me a new version of the same mask for 25$. That is not the same as offering me 25$. You say your product is better quality than Amazon but it doesnât work. How do you claim to to double check the product when it is in a closed package? That is another lie. You do not double check your products. I left the mask with you guys out of disgust by your business practice so you guys can go check the mask out. You have it, do check and see itâs leaking. I did not go use the mask for hours at the beach then come try to return it. I used it for about 15-30 minutes trying to get it to work and it never did. There was a 3 hour gap between me buying the item and me trying to return it. I took it to the beach, tried it in every way to get it to not leak, it kept leaking, I put it aside and enjoyed my time at the beach without it, then when we finished with our beach day came back to return it when it was convenient for me to do so. You act like I should have taken the mask, ran straight to the beach, then ran back to return it 5 seconds after it not working. Again I did NOT ask for clothes and other junk from your store, I asked for an exchange of the same item, but you wouldnât give me that, you didnât offer me 25$ cash and you didnât even offer me 25$ worth of store credit for a 50$ piece of junk leaky mask that you sold me.    Read moreFalsely accused my wife and kids of stealing today. Made my 8 year old daughter feel terrified and cry. My wife visited the store after stopping across the street at Walgreens. She walked into the store with my 8 years old daughter carrying the Walgreens bag. They were shopping for flip flops and were shopping near the shoes in the store. They were walking the shops from hotel so couldnât leave bags in car. Wife didnât see what she wanted so they walked out of store. The worker runs out of the store chasing my family down street and asked âWere you going to buy something?â My Wife responded âNoâ She then asked were you going to buy those goggles pointing to the open bag. My wife tells her we just purchased them at Walgreens. She rudely ask let me see them. My wife then says you are wasting your time. My crying daughter hands the bag to the worker and she says these are our goggles. My wife asks her would she like to see the receipt of purchase. The lady says No and walks away. Left my crying daughter scared the death outside of store. So you accused my wife and 2 kids of stealing and then refuse to see the receipt to verify purchase. How about apologizing to my family for the experience? You should not accuse people of stealing unless you observe them actually STEALING the item. Not sure what made you think my family was stealing but you need better training in customer service. This is unaccepted behavior and the least you could of done was apologized to my family.    Read moreI visited this store last week with my 2 small children and mother inlaw. The employees were very aggressive following us around the store. An older lady stood near the front and watched us like we were thieves. At one point, my youngest was touching something on a rack with her finger and that older lady reached for my daughters hand as if she was going to move her hand away, so I pushed that ladies hand away. I couldn't believe she was going to touch my kid! We just left, I refuse to spend money where I'm treated like a criminal. We headed down the street to Alvin's Island and spent $300 on t-shirts and souvenirs.
TO THE OWNER: I've read through most of your responses and you take NO accountability when ppl make complaints, you brush it off that we the customers are wrong. Your a joke, you think I'm from a competitor and posted a bad review. Get a grip, I spent the money I would have spent at your place somewhere else because we were harassed at YOUR STORE. You don't know the day it happen, what we look like, or the time of day. How could you look through dozens of hrs of footage to find the incident with no knowledge of anything really?
