Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

I ate here on January 2nd and unfortunately had a very negative experience. I ordered the turkey sausage patty on a croissant, which was the only thing I ate that day. Shortly after, I became severely ill and ended up in the hospital with food poisoning.

I called the restaurant to report the incident, but the manager was not available. The staff member I spoke to took down my information and assured me the manager would reach out, but I never received a call back.

Please be cautious when dining here and pay attention to how food is prepared. This experience was both alarming and disappointing, and I hope the restaurant takes this seriously for the sake of their...

So happy it’s open much closer to my house then going to the one on sample and federal. Only complaint is that the person making the specialty drinks like the frozen coffees and stuff the girl is horrible. I ordered 1 drove back because it was not drinkable tasted like a cup with pure liquid sweeteners. I went back and had her remake barely tasted better. Same result. Once they get that under control this place will be great. Clean new environment. Nice employees. Pompano definitely runs on Dunkin so hopefully they fix...

Love this new Dunkin. It is clean, spacious, easy parking and friendly staff. Special mention to Tom and how kind, gracious and friendly he is. Moves with a purpose and keeps his store immaculate which is very important to me. I will not sit in a dirty place. He is always upbeat in the morning and greets every single person with a "Good Morning". Will be honest.. between the cleanliness of the dunkin and Toms friendly greeting, thats the reason why Im in there twice a day. Thank you Tom and your crew....
