KFC — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

Nothing special about this place...the staff could careless if you are a satisfied customer or not..they and not friendly nor are they interested in providing good service. The spices for the chicken has been replaced with excessive salt...less flavor.

So, I have returned to this restaurant a few times over the last two weeks to test out if there is any improvement in their service. To my dismay what I have found is that their service has gotten even worst the food you ordered through the drive-thru is not what you get in fact, I have tested this on numerous occasions over the last two weeks wherein whatever I ordered was not what I received. Even after I got to the pickup window I had to ask the cashier several times to correct my order and she made several attempts just to get me the right drink that I ordered each time return with the wrong drink or the wrong size of drink...I think one star rating is way too much, I wish there was an option for...

KFC in Margate on 441...Has got to be the WORST operating restaurant EVER. (Please take notice I did not say managed, as it's sadly not managed at all). On 12/28/2021 1pm isk, I stopped by for lunch, I noticed 5 bodies behind the counter mostly doing little to nothing, as 3 other customers waiting for their orders. The manager (I assume, in and out of office) took my order and it was missing the Nashville sauce, she had to remake, then to find out my combo was missing the mashed potatoes, after a lengthy wait got my potatoes with a HUGE side dish of attitude. Times are tough, but people like this is what's going to put KFC out business, and those poor lazy soles with no jobs, wondering why. Still excellent service from the young people working at this KFC location!!

Went to this location when KFC on Federal hwy told us a 25 minute wait for chicken. What a difference here , quick FRIENDLY service!! Will be my go to KFC from now on when at the Wyndham Timeshare in Pompano Beach!!

Food was nice and and hot and delicious chicken, just wishing the chicken pieces were larger but seems that a sign of the times.

Friendly service even when it was extremely busy. The young woman at the counter was exceptional... Very friendly and was multitasking like crazy!! Four stars for her! Everything tasted fresh was a good KFC...
