Dear cashier and Fritz at the drive-thru window. Today was my very first take-out/ drive through experience in USA - Yes, I am from South Africa. I unintentionally missed the part where you place the order. so I drove my car to the first open window to ask what I should do. As I asked if I should drive back around, i was interrupted by the gentleman (fritz??) and said I've already messed up and that he will get my order (that was placed online) I apologized humbly while he mumbled under his breath how very inconvenient this situation is... I said that I can easily drive around and do it right... he said no, wait. so I waited. the window closed. when the window opened. A female person said to me how inconvenient my mistake was. when I humbly apologized and said I wanted to correct it and its the first time at Taco bell. she talked down on me and said " well, it's not your first time at a drive through... I tried explaining that I wanted to correct it but the guy said I must wait... she interrupted me and said " Oh my god. I made a mistake in trying to engage in a conversation with you. " . I am so sorry you are having a bad day and that my little mistake made you so mad. i feel sorry if you have any subordinates under you... employees or children... The poor souls. Then, Fritz blames me for the lunch time backed up vehicles in the drive-thru line. Please learn some TACT. I certainly wont go...

So we drove there because with love taco Bell,. From the moment I walked in was nothing but crazy DRAMA,, CUSTOMERS were already pissed at the staff, I tried to ignore it because I was hungry.. but then I saw why,, the staff here excluding the new cashier, were literally cussing out customers in the drive thru and causing several different people to come in for complaint.. once complaint, the crew continued to yell at every customer in there that night. My order for 2 people took at least 33 minutes if not more,, I literally went out to smoke and hope my order was ready when I came back in. While outside,, some street walker was walking around my $50,000 rental car with a damn hammer in his hand. After I ran him off,, I went in to see the other customers and staff arguing,, by the time I even thought about getting a refund or just leaving,, my food finally came through. Hallelujah. SAVE TIME,. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TIL THEY FIRE EVERYONE IN THE BUSINESS AND REBOOT. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE ESPECIALLY A TOURIST,, I LIVE IN A HORRIBLE CITY AND WENT ON VACATION TO GET AWAY FROM DRAMA. this people made me want to go home.

I want X meal from X fast food restaurant because I know what it taste like, I know how it fills me up, I know what I get. Of course, you will be disappointed every so often. Franchises are individually ran which introduces the human factor, and humans are imperfect beings. However, I have been going to this Taco Bell [embarrassingly] consistently for the past 4 years and I can count on one hand the number of times I've driven away disappointed. In fact, they set the bar so high that I often leave other Taco Bells disappointed. Their staff, some of which have been there for a long time, are friendly and efficient. Most importantly, they don't cut corners with their food. They do not skimp. I'm not saying they overload their food, but the number 1 reason why I leave disappointed from a fast food joint is because they skimp on the meat. I'm not saying this location isn't infallible. But as I said, being able to count on one hand the number of times I've been disappointed over the course of 4 years of eating Taco Bell way more often than I should, is a good sign. To the owner of this location: don't change a thing.
I wrote way too much for a Taco...
