Subway — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

At times, the food is ok, but today, the service was very poor. Ordered a roast beef, and the employee put 3 thin slices on a Footlong. Couldn't even taste the meat. Very unfortunate and rite after I watched the same person be rude to a woman who couldn't speak English. The woman was asking her son to order who was probably 10 years old. The employee was rude to the kid telling him to read the sign to find out what bread and cheese they wanted.Then proceeding to tell the young boy to hurry up. Zero customer service and the disrespect to people who need more help than others. I have been coming to this location for approximately 2 years. I won't be coming back. The arrogance of being rude to a person who is foreign and they are foreign themselves is crazy to me. Get better, subway. Don't be rude. We spend money in your business. Keep this up, and nobody will come to this...

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I love how customizable their sandwiches are I crafted the perfect sub with fresh ingredients and plenty of options to choose from. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Plus, I appreciated the quick service, allowing me to grab my meal and get on with my day. I just left this Subway restaurant, and I needed to make this VERY positive review. I placed an online order, and included two quick notes/requests for my sub... No onions or mayonnaise. For some reason, the special instructions didn't go through, and when I got to the restaurant, they had made the sub with both. The employee was nice enough to call the managers and the manager was nice enough to believe me, and they remade the sub. I just want to say thank you for believing me and taking the hit.
