I gave this place 2 trys. They failed both times. 1st time alone after riding my motorcycle there to eat. I was treated like a homeless person. They stopped me at the door and asked what I needed, I told them to eat!! And even panicked more after I asked to sit at the bar instead of the very back like they wanted. I have expensive motorcycle gear and a expensive adventure motorcycle so not like I looked like a rough biker. I ordered the trio sampler, I got 1 Ravioli, a bite size piece of Lasagna and fork sized bite of Manacotti, they charged me for a small amount of Marinara to dip the bread in. Tonight I tool my wife out for Valentines dinner, while we are sitting there was not quiet, loud , then the a worker stepped up on the table next to us and reached up to stop a ceiling fan, causing dust and lint to fall on us and the people next to us, all in their food. We haven't even got to order yet if I had my food when that happened I would have left. I ordered the Lobster ravioli and my wife had baked ziti. There are better Ingredients and flavor from a Walmart frozen Lasagna. My Ravioli was stuffed with this gross fake crab paste that was cold and her food tasted like something my kids would make. The waitress was polite but keept walking off as we tried to talk to her after asking how everything was. Sports playing, no music, like a Italian sports bar not a even attempt to be classy. But being the only place in town they don't have to try hard I guess. A Olive garden in town would shut this Disaster of a...
Read moreNot a bad little restaurant. The family didn't have any complaints about their meal. I will say that I don't totally recommend the Philly cheese steak stromboli. The cheese steak seems a bit lacking in flavor, and on the inside there was a ton of meat, and not much else. Then you've got all of this meat, with cheese on what seemed like only one side, and a little bit of breading that you try to dip into marinara sauce, which isn't the best combination. I wish I would have gone with the classic stromboli. The cost wasn't too bad for the amount of people we were feeding, and everyone seemed to be full and have food to take home. Their rolls that they bring out. Remind me of a local restaurant in my town, except I like theirs better because they have plenty of butter and seasoning on top, so they aren't as dry as my local restaurant. You pair those rolls with a side alfredo sauce, and they are really good. Also, definitely be prepared for quite a wait. There were six of us there but we watched so many people come and go during the time that we were waiting for our food. So no doubt, it's...
Read moreFirst I want to say, I love the food & atmosphere at Napolis. I've been coming to Ponca City for quite some time now and I been to all the resturant in the area but none of them came close to napolis in the matter of food & service. The last time I visited I brought my family to see what I was always going on about.. they like me LOVED EVRYTHING.. My boys had the Supreme Pizza with all the topping, now they wont eat from the other pizza places.. My wife had the grilled Chicken Fetticcini with alfredo sause, she eats at the olive gardens.. she said "Oh My God, why isnt there a Napolis where we live" I replied " i know, right". I myself order the Lobster ravioli and a glass of red wine, the feeling of being able to eat & drink something that amazing at such a reasonable price is all itself a pleasure. Last but not least the bread is so good that alone will make you come back. I will always come when im in town & bring my family and friends. Thank you Napolis for the great food and reasonable prices. 5/5...
