Melao Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Ponce

Have had breakfast here many times, the food is OK, exept for the bacon which is extra,extra,extra crispy. Inedable , to my tast at least, we asked to not have the bacon crisp too much and it was agreed by the cashier, but apparently there is no communication between them. When asked we were told that the bacon was made all once in the mourning and CANT MAKE ANY NEW BACON, which brings me to think that you cannot order anything with bacon (like a hamburger) after 11 because they will use the bacon made at 6 am. Again , I've been here many times, but this experience does not tell me to go back, yes it usually is very slow, yes sometimes the staff, specially kitchen staff is not in the best disposicion, however, I will recomend it...

Super slow service. Food is below average. You get free vouchers if you stay in the hotel, but you have to pay extra if you want the only decent plate on the menu. Service is poor as well. Very poor attitude by cashier guy with nose ring. He allowed a customer to cut in front of the designated waiting line, and when I pointed it out, he plainly said he didn't care.
