We are from Florida and we have tried to go to this location at least three times or more in the past year. We travel through here on our way or way home from vacation. They have not been open in the past for the dining room and got our order wrong in the past in the drive thru. This time there were people eating in the dinning room and the door was locked. They wouldn't answer when we knocked and had to go through the drive thru to ask why. They said they closed at 7:00 due to not having enough employees. This is not right to have a sign open till midnight and nothing on the door to tell people what is going on. I believe they had as many employees as the next exit had. And they said they gave them some of their employees to help them. All the employee were just standing around doing nothing. And they couldn't even answer a door. We went to the next exit where they were nice and had good service. In my opinion this location should be closed for good and the employees fired if they closed up early. We arrived just a little after 7:00 and no one else was in the drive thru, so they weren't busy at all not to be able to handle having the dinning room open. Read moreI recently succumbed to a late night craving and made an unplanned visit to the Drive Through window at the Pooler Parkway store at 10:50PM.
Having been overseas for an extended period and searching for the 'Luxe Cravings Box' that I had seen advertised on TV earlier, I found myself fumbling with the illuminated menu display flashing different options and made a nuisance of myself to the team member trying to help me.
This nice lady remained positive, professional and PATIENT despite my obvious 'shortcomings' and especially since it was only 10 minutes before closing!
She remained polite while guiding me through the options until I found the 'craving of the hour' and successfully completed the order and paid the bill which presented it's own minor challenge!
It goes without saying that the three food items and chips were, to be polite, FANTASTIC, as I had remembered them from many previous visits albeit a looong time ago, but your Super Polite, Considerate and Very Helpful Team Member deserves extra recognition for talking me through the process and quickly delivering my order that turned out to be Delicious while being pleasant and smiling the entire time.

Read moreI've gone to this Taco Bell for a while now on Thursday mornings to pick up a bunch of food for the guys from work. Before there were a bunch of guys there that knew I was going to show up an would have my food ready for me when I arrived after ordering through the app. Now, the store will not answer phone calls for call ahead orders, when I'm paying with cash, and when I use the app to order they don't start making my food until I arrive even though I've already paid for it through the app. This visit I had last week was the worst visit I've had yet! They didn't answer the phone, so didn't know they were going to have a large order coming, and so they didn't have anything ready for my order. I ordered a bunch of sausage crunch wraps and over half of them were with the sausage crumbles and not the patties, I was late to work, and to make things worse I was missing one crunch wrap! I sent in a survey and an e-mail to Taco Bell and have not heard anything in over a week! The customer service from Taco Bell is absolutely rediculous right now!!!!!!!
