If 0 Stars was possible, that is what this location would recieve. Here is why:
My wife ordered our food online. I arrive at the store and park infront of a sign that says "curbside pick-up", but the sign has now method of contact to get your food brought out.
I go to the main door and its locked but there is a sign saying the lobby is closed. So I go to the drive through (which is packed).
After 15min I get to the intercom and I'm told to leave the drive through and park by the side door, which coincidentally is where I was originally parked by the curbside pick-up sign.
Another 15min goes by and the manager comes to my car holding an obscene amount of food and asks if it's mine. I say no and that I'm waiting for X order after being told to park here from the drive through.
The manager then gets an attitude and says they don't bring food to people's cars and I was told to go inside. I told her I was never told to go inside, only to park here. Keep in mind that this manager is telling me they don't bring food to customer cars while bringing food to a customer's car. There are also no signs directing people to the side door for entry.
I go in the side-door and stand near the counter to wait for my food. Another 5min pass and the manager, with even more attitude, again asks what I'm waiting for. I remind her of my X order and she points to an unmarked bag on a rack and tells me "Take your food." (It turned out the bag was marked, but it was facing the staff and not the customers). I won't be coming back.
TL;DR Get your signage in order. If the lobby is closed, why are you ushering customers inside? If you don't bring food to customers, why do you have signs for curbside parking (this is a temporary sign and can be removed easily), and why did you tell me you don't bring food out while bringing food out. Lastly, don't get an attitude when people are confused by all of these...
Read moreThe worst customer service ever!!! Was doing a door Dash and when I entered only 1 couple waiting to receive their order. Cashier behind the counter looked at me a few times and completely ignored me. Elderly man came in and went to place his order and cashier told the man to slow down , "one order at a time". Then proceeded to slam his cup on the counter. Finally after managing to get the cashier's attention, I told them I was picking up for door dash. After about 10 minutes Cashier got me the food and gave me an empty cup. I explained my customer asked me for Sweet Tea" and the cashier stated"That's not what is on the receipt". I called my customer and in fact was asking for the sweet tea. Went back to counter and the cashier saw me and heard me when I was trying to get their attention but again totally ignored me. Waited 5 minutes and when I explained the customer wanted sweet tea, cashier went to look up the order and in the most disrespectful way and attitude, looked up at the order and banging the monitor saying , IT SAYS RIGHT HERE IT WAS A DR PEPPER ORDERED. I explained that both the customer and my order from Door Dash said sweet tea. Informed cashier that they put in the wrong drink. Cashier snatched the cup, and filled it. Came back and muttering "girl u prob don't even make 8 dollars. This is the rudest person I have ever come across. Took over 20 minutes to get my order and to top it off,...
Read moreMy husband and I went into the kfc pooler ga location for a family dinner to go. The first young lady was very polite upon me asking of how long order would be due to numerous of others awaiting food as well. She stated 2 minutes. I awaited in car as husband awaited inside...he later comes out very upset stating another female worker was very rude to him after he simply ask her how long for our order since he sat there so patiently waiting all to later see her give out food to a couple that came in after us!!! She than states to him with a nasty attitude that she don't know cause she didn't take his order like he wasn't important enough to check. Her name was later told to me by management that her name is Kelly. My husband works for the feds and it's sad that we were treated as such. You never know what person is coming into your establishment!!! And I believe if you do not carry perfect customer service you shouldn't be working the field!! I'd like to get this concern successfully handled with proper solution or matters will be taking further unfortunately. Due to not only was she rude but showed a racist act against my husband and I. Which caused us both to as well get further...
