I went through the drive-thru so I didn't write the atmosphere. It was about 7:30 at night so you have to give them a little bit of slack on that but I had a coupon for a 15.00 meal and snack. I told them before ordering that I had this coupon. I also asked what are the specials they had such as possibly a two for $5 on a roast beef. The lady that was on the speaker said they had two for $7 hot ham and cheese so I ordered that with the $15 meal and snack. The meal and the snack (for 2) consisted of 2 sandwiches, two fries, two drinks, 6 mozzarella sticks and two turnovers. My granddaughter and I were really excited because we hadn't eaten at Arby's in a while because they're a little bit more expensive than the $5 biggie bags and other restaurants. The undertaker was pleasant enough but the beginning of the aggravation started when she waited until the end of my order to tell me all they had were the apple turnovers to choose from. She asked if that was okay! I asked her did I have a choice but got no response. When ordering I asked for 2 sweet tea no ice. The first thing she did when we got to the order window was try to hand us two t's with ice. She took them back and made them right but then she said we were going to have to pull up and wait for our mozzarella sticks. Before she told us this I watched her pack our to-go bag because like I said it was 7:30 at night and we were the only customers. So I knew that was our bag. After packing our bag she asked us to pull up and she would bring our food out when our mozzarella sticks were done. I was so disappointed when we actually got our food. We ordered the curly fries and the boxes containing the curly fries we're about half full and the fries were cold! Of course our turnovers were cold and maybe that's the way they're supposed to be. Are sandwiches more cold and look like they had been in the bag overnight they were smashed! They had been on the bottom of the bag so maybe that is how they got smashed I'm not sure. The mozzarella sticks were hot and delicious! I will never return to...
Read moreUpon entering this establishment there was no greeting, nothing welcoming a guest to Arbys. The front area, drink station, dining room appeared clean, nothing to drastic. There were maybe total 6 customers in the whole building at the time we dined here. The order came out relatively quick. However, the fries did not taste fresh, meaning it seems as though they had been in the fry warmer for sometime. The roast beef was also dry. Either the heat lamp or whatever device used to keep the roast beef hot while on the slicer is turned too high, or they gave us the scraps/ends of roast beef just to get the order out. There were timers, so I'm assuming they have so long to get orders out. Well those numbers dont mean anything when the quality of the food is poor. Then we encounter the bathroom. Very unkempt, it was as if it hadn't been cleaned all day. Empty toliet paper dispenser, with the roll on top, full trash can, dirty sink, dirty floor. The speed of service was ok, but they sacrificed the quality of the food to get...
Read moreThe slogan is " We have the meats" so where is the meat on my classic chicken sandwich? My wife ordered dinner for the family brought it home we sat down to eat i open my chicken sandwich immediately have to take the brown lettuce off, the tomatoes looked like they were sliced yesterday so they had to go, still no big deal. I bite into the now piece of chicken on a bun and all breading no meat. I take the chicken off the bun it's less than a quarter inch thick, there's more breading than meat. I set it to the side to open my other chicken sandwich and it is no different. 7 dollars for a sandwich that is only worth 50 cents what a rip off. Called the restaurant, several times with no answer so we call corporate, they refuse to give a refund but will send coupons for three sandwiches. I don't want the coupons I want my money back. I will never visit this restaurant again. Had a similar experience there 4 years ago. Some things will never change i guess Have been burned twice why would I want to do it...
