The Juice Cafe — Restaurant in Poplar Bluff

First they overcharged me, I was charged for a “non-cash” fee although I paid with cash then they told me the peanut butter cup smoothie, which was for my picky 11 year old sister, was like a chocolate shake. So we ordered it and she didn’t like it and after paying $9 for a drink you think they would offer to fix it for you in someway, no. I walk up to the counter to ask if they have chocolate chips or anything sweet we could add in so she could stand it they tell me it’s a 2.75 charge for more chocolate protein and they have no other sweet options. I’ve went to this place for years never had any issues they must be under new management because the lady behind the counter was not helpful nor nice and is trying to take ur money!!! Wouldn’t waste another penny there for an overpriced drink you could make way cheaper and quicker for that matter at home, it’s tough to support small businesses when they do...

I paid almost $100 for smoothies, juice, and paninis for me and my 4 children. I was fine paying that because I understand that healthy options are pricey options, but when I got my Green Gorilla smoothie, I could only taste coconut milk and greens and not the sweetness of the pineapple, pear, and apple that were also ingredients in it. When I asked if I could have some sweetener like honey, I was told they didn't have anything for me and said they've never been asked that before. The gentleman seemed offended by my question instead of focusing on good customer service. So I paid $8 for something I couldn't drink because I was traveling through and had no sweetener on me. My kids enjoyed their smoothies, juice, and paninis, so it might just be the Green Gorilla that is not sweet enough due to the kale and spinach...

If you haven’t tried Juice Cafe yet, you HAVE TO 🤤 It’s honestly not just the food though. It’s the whole experience. Their customer service is ON POINT, the service is quick, they are so so super nice, actually get to know their customers…I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you tried it in the past couple of years and had a bad experience I urge you to try it again! I have been so sad and missing the juice cafe I remember from a few years ago, because it just hadn’t been the same since swapping hands a couple of times, and it has made me happy deep down in my SOUL…and my belly 🤣, to have what feels like the old Juice Cafe that I love so much again with some new delicious...
