โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ Second time here and already obsessed! ๐๐ฑ
We came back to Kim Mama and it did NOT disappoint! ๐ฏ
We started with the KaraAge (Fried Chicken Nugget) as an appetizer for our 2-year-old baby ๐. The chicken comes in small, easy-to-grab bites โ perfect for little hands! The dipping sauce is served on the side, so grown-ups can enjoy it their own way. Super thoughtful!
Next, we had the raw yuzu salmon๐, and wow โ it was incredibly fresh! Itโs mixed with fresh veggies and the yuzu sauce ties everything together so well โ light, citrusy, and refreshing.
We also ordered their Bento Boxes, which are currently $2 off and come with a free beverage โ such a great deal! ๐ฅค๐ธ Hereโs the breakdown: โข Choose 1 protein โ get 3 side dishes โข Choose 2 proteins โ get 4 side dishes And let me tell you... the side dishes are AMAZING.
They taste just like homemade Korean food โ seriously, like a warm Korean grandmaโs meal ๐๐ต๐ฐ๐ท. The owner is an actual Korean grandma, and you can feel the love and soul in the cooking.
We got Jeyuk Bokkeum (spicy pork) and Spam for our proteins. Both were perfectly marinated โ not too salty, just packed with flavor. And the bento box even comes with miso soup, which was perfect to sip between bites ๐ฅฃ๐.
To top it off, they surprised us with special service drinks (not something every customer gets โ we were just lucky this time! ๐): โข A chilled Sujeonggwa (Korean cinnamon punch) โ sweet, spiced, and so refreshing ๐งโจ โข And a real iced coffee latte, brewed right there โโ๏ธ โ smooth, bold, and just what I needed!
Finally, the Strawberry Fruit Sando ๐๐๐ โ WOW. Our baby devoured the whole thing! The whipped cream, soft bread, and fresh strawberries were perfectly balanced โ light, sweet, and baby-approved! ๐ผโค๏ธ
Weโll definitely be back โ and donโt miss their current promo: theyโre giving away Kim Mama t-shirts and goody bags! ๐ฝ๐ The t-shirts are adorable, and the goody bags are such a fun surprise....
ย ย ย Read moreI found this place after going into Moe's and moes was disgusting and smelled bad. So I wondered down to a new small Korean food place. We went in and was greeted immediately. The place was clean, smelled good and welcoming. They had us seat ourselves and the waitress was immediately there giving us the menu. The selection of drinks are coke products, they give you a bottle and cup of ice. We ordered the pan fried Pork gyoza (dumplings). They gave us free cup of miso soup. I do not usually like miso, but it was amazingly flavored. I ate all of mine, it was very fresh tasting and very enjoyable. The dumplings were slightly fried, I would have preferred them fried a bit more, but they were really good. The sauce that came with it is a bit sweet but pairs very well. We ordered the beef bimibop, it was also fresh and so flavorful. They brought us a complimentary kimchi. Everything was made from scratch and very very good. I absolutely recommend this place.
Recommendation: Soy sauce for table Pepper...
ย ย ย Read moreThis place was absolutely wonderful. Safe location, inviting atmosphere, and amazing customer service. The waiter, Dominic, was very patient with my family that isn't too familiar with Asian cuisine; he took the time to explain menu items and let us think about what to order without any rush. The fun KPop music (along with other genres) that plays is also worth a mention โบ๏ธ๐ถ. The food came super fast and was warm, tasty, and refreshing. It was everything it should be. I wanted to take a picture of the food, but as you can see, it was gone too soon! I got the small bento box which comes with white rice, a protein, miso soup, and three sides. I chose the chicken katsu with the stir fried potato, bean sprouts, and the kimchi. My parents also got bento boxes with salmon teriyaki and different sides ๐. As for drinks, we ordered the cinnamon tea which came cold and tasted really nice too. The place also serves complimentary candies along with the food. I will definitely come again and recommend the place....
