We took a trip to Seattle to help my daughter move into a new place for school and took the opportunity to visit Port Angeles for a few days to hike and see the sights. Being from Eastern Washington originally, I never ventured to the west side of Washington so coming here was a treat. So, one evening we were looking at the limited dining options and decided Fiesta Jalisco was the spot. It’s definitely a family run type place where it felt many of the workers were related in some way and this felt confirmed by the photos hung on the wall. The food is ok and about what I would expect based on the look of the restaurant. I’ve had absolutely amazing Mexican food in small towns in the Pacific Northwest but this was only acceptable. I had hoped it would be better. But the service was good and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. If I lived locally I’d probably visit here frequently but if they had a local Chipotle, I’d go there first. Michael Delehanty Compass Real Estate

aright… so the workers are really friendly here, thats for sure. but the food is absolutely horrendous. the worst mexican food ive ever had in my life. as you can see fromthe photos, the burrito was about the size of 2.5 chipotle burritos, and man did it taste bad. i maybe ate 3 or 4 bites before giving up. its as if the chef took all the extra vegetables in his kitchen, cooked some of em, then threw em in a burrito with liquid sauce and rice underneath. it was absolutely disgusting. my burrito included brocolli, whole pieces of uncooked carrots, colliflower, canned beans, rice, and watery tomatoes. as soon as this masterpiece was placed in front of me i knew it was going to be terrible. like…. who could ever cook this up and serve it to a customer? i wudnt give this burrito to a homeless person on the street, thats how bad it was. a watery, soggy, random amalgamtion of veg that had no business being put into a burrito. shocking. easily the worst meal ive ever paid for in my life

A comically bad meal. They brought my "veggie fajitas" I took 1 bite then asked the waitress if they forgot to add the sauce/seasoning. She replied no it's a vinegarette. So I took another bite plain with no toppings and they legit served me steamed veggies with tortillas for $20 called it fajitas. My son just ate the chicken out of his and the waitress offered a Togo he said yes to not be rude and walked out with a empty Togo container lol. My husband didn't care for his chicken mole either. We also ordered 2 strawberry blended margaritas and there was nothing blended about them, zero ice. It was just margarita juice. So $100 later and a $20 tip, $120 total we are left laughing how bad it was. The server saw we did not like our food but did not care to make it right so we will never go back . We spend alot eating out a few times a week and they lost customers out of us and referrals. Will never cheat on sergios again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TODAY! Let me preface this in saying that I am in no way saying to not come here on a different day, I'm just saying it's a nightmare here today. I just got home with my food after calling at 5:15 today, I was told the wait for our food (appetizer platter and margarita) it would be a 30 minute wait, we were there for 2 hours after it should have been ready. We got there 25 minutes after we ordered because we wanted to make sure it was hot, then 45 minutes goes by, and an hour. We know there were a lot of orders, so we are patient then an hour and a half, we are at the front of the line and everyone at the front is saying something similar as far as time goes, so we wait, not wanting to be rude, now we found out that they have been calling folks when their food was ready. then fast forward to 2 hours and 20 minutes, I hear the gal on the phone taking orders telling EVERYONE that their food will be ready in 40 minutes, so I go in and let her know how long we have been waiting, she takes my name and then goes into the back and a few minutes later comes out with my order but missing a beer, OK, we pay, and finally get home and our food is cold, like soggy nachos, hard cheese, only barely warm to the touch. This tells me it was sitting there for a while, no phone call, nothing. My partner and I come here at least once a week and have never had an issue like this. Now it's almost 8pm and we have saved what parts we can but have had to throw at least half away. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Fast Burrito. ...

We did get seated right away but when we got our chips and salsa and water to start the chips were old and not fresh. The waiters were nice. But when the food came i was very surprised with the food. My son had the steak with shrimp. The steak was very small and there was 5 little shrimps n the plate was bigger than anything on it. The shrimp was supposed to be a la diabla. It was mild. The fajitas with all 3 meats n seafood looked like nothing was cooked yet and it was raw but of the color. Couldnt find any steak had more onions than anything there. I refused to eat it. I just didnt want anything i told the waiter right away, didnt touch it or ate out of it n she had to call her boss. Well she comes back to tell me that i had to pay for it still. I told her NO..that i didnt want it, didnt touch it or anything..she told me that i still had to pay. For something that didnt looked cooked and good and with hardly no meat and old chips and old beans...they didnt care about me the customer. I never asked for anything for free. Just told her i didnt want that and didn't want to pay for it. That i would pay for the other meals but not mine. I will never go there again. The people that dont know how to cook real Mexican food is the people that think its good but its not...its easy money for them to make off of you people. For them to sell you guys anything to make you believe...

Waiter was very rude! after we were handed out menus he walked up within one minute asked what we wanted while we were still looking he then told us to hurry up and order, my wife placed her order and he repeated the wrong meat for her taco then started talking to one of our friends for their order, my wife said “no, I wanted beef not chicken” twice, he ignored her. I waited until he was taking orders and said “she wanted beef not chicken” and he “oh, changing your order now” I told him No, you just didn’t hear her correctly. Later my friend was eating and found a long blond hair in his rice, he called over the waiter and showed him the hair he told my friend that didn’t come from the kitchen because everyone in there is like him (bald). He told my friend it must be his, my friend has grey hair. When we were leaving we seen a lady working the kitchen and she had long blond hair… While paying I asked the lady behind the counter for the manager and she said that would be her. I told her what went on during dinner and as the waiter walked up I said “this is the guy” she basically shrugged it off telling us she would talk to him. Bottom line worst dining experience ever and will...
