Firstly, I rarely leave reviews, unless come across an exceptionally outstanding product or service. And in this case, I have experienced both. In the multiple dealings that I have had with Joe purchasing furniture, I will never go anywhere else. The Warehouse has literally offers ANYTHING you could want. I have found exquisite antiques, truly one of a kind hand crafted pieces, and a plethora of exotic pieces from around the world that are forever keepers, and give any design space a very unique look and feel. And, at prices that are not overinflated. I often visit just to pick up these unique finds to use in my home, Airbnb’s or even to store until I find a place for them! Aside from having an incredible one stop place to go for unique finds, The Warehouse is always stocked with amazing contemporary pieces already set up with with everything from accent rugs, accent tables and lamps, and accent design pieces that pull all together. Meaning you can literally stop in and say I want “that” to be my living room etc..and voila ! You have an amazing home area. If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, there is a kiosk inside the store where you can browse one of the most comprehensive selections I have come across, meaning Joe has done all of the work for us as a wholesale buyer of the best brands to fit any budget and style preference. And Joe is always there to help you navigate, or find what you are looking for. Joe is knowledgeable about all he sells, and is great about helping making the right choices for what you’re looking for. And - THANK YOU SO MUCH JOE 😊 - If you are on a tight time schedule, as I have been twice now, Joe takes time with you to make sure you have all you need. I had a rental that I decided to turn into an Airbnb, but I had a month long tripped plan and only a week before I left to get it furnished, photographed and listed. It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I didn’t think I could make it happen. But I spent part of 2 days at the Warehouse, picked out all furniture and decor, and it was delivered and set up 3 days before I left. And the home was beautifully furnished and decorated. I got 5 star reviews from every stay. Just recently I purchased another home, and needed to have all furniture picked out and set for delivery as soon as it closed. In one day, with Joe’s help, I found everything that I wanted to fit my taste and budget I had set. All is being delivered, and set up where I need it to be, this Monday. Bringing me to another exceptional aspect of Joe and how he runs his business. He has an amazing team, his assistants that work in the Warehouse with him, and his delivery staff. I didn’t have to lift a finger, and never have heard a grumble when I’ve asked for certain pieces to be moved to another room to see which works best. I was really nervous when shopping for a new couch set for our family. I had this exact size, fabric and comfort in mind. For years I've followed The Warehouse on fb, I reached out via messenger and asked a couple of questions. Even with a busy day there was a very quick response and they answered all my questions quickly and professionally. So our whole family stopped by on Saturday and we found our PERFECT couch, still unsure I asked the employees for some pricing and such. They both were super nice, friendly made us feel comfortable. And quickly got Joe on the phone, he answered promptly every peice and price inside and out. So impressive he knows his products!! He even asked to speak directly to me! How cool! So we buy our dream couch and got a delivery date before leaving in just a few short days. Wow! That's fast, great service. Then Sunday afternoon I hear from Joe the owner again to confirm what we needed, pricing and even sizes of each and every peice! Now this is customer service that's TOP notch! And it didn't stop there!! Tuesday I hear from Joe (again the owner, and he's out of town!) How cool! Joe has a way of taking all the anxiety out of shopping for a dream couch! And he even passed along to his TOP NOTCH delivery crew about our recently refinished hardwood floors. The very professional delivery crew came at the exact arranged time, put every peice together and even made my husband and I feel like family! Joe at the Warehouse is an exceptional business owner and person! I have been to his business once before and I have to say that his warm persona and quality of business has not changed one bit! A bit of a long story but worth it- My husband and I were in desperate need of a new couch- ours was a big hunk of junk! (An assembly couch with Velcro cushions. Not good! ) I remembered how amazing this place was and the great furniture he has for amazing prices! We went in and ended up finding an incredible couch for a steal! We couldn’t wait for it to be delivered and I proceeded to throw our useless couch onto the lawn in the rain anticipating our new couch coming to our home for delivery!!! Long story short, there was a mix up with my husband’s number and Joe couldn’t call to let us know that his delivery trucks were in the shop! I was feeling kind of silly that I threw our couch onto the front lawn at that point and wanted to go get the couch so desperately! My husband called Joe and told him the story and he offered to let us use his covered trailer! Which was amazing, personal, and generous! But- it didn’t fit my husband’s toe hitch. I was pretty bummed until Joe and his two amazing and hardworking employees absolutely made it happen, got a truck and came to our home to deliver it! To say that it absolutely made my day is an understatement! We felt extremely important and cared about! I would buy my furniture from this amazing guy again and again!
