We ordered from Sergio's last night, and the experience was very disappointing. They couldn't find our order when we got there, they didn't include everything we ordered when they did find it, and they forgot to give us our tortillas. When I called back, the guy who answered the phone, same one who took the order, said' "I guess you can come back and get the tortillas if you want". Then we ate the food. It had apparently been sitting for a while because is was relatively cold, and the top of the food was burnt, like it had been made ahead and put in the oven on broil to warm it up. And the chimichanga was soggy on top of everything else. After dinner, I looked at the receipt just to make sure I wasn't charged for the stuff they didn't give me and I noticed a take-out charge. Apparently they are charging you for take out. Like we have another option right now. I like supporting our local restaurants to make sure they stick around, but after this experience, I will go back to supporting...

Decent little place tucked into the small town of Port Angeles. We were over staying in the area for a week, and decided to go out for dinner one night. My wife has many dietary restrictions (no seafood, red meat, dairy) that it was looking difficult to find a place that didn't corner her into a specific item from the menu at many places. Sergio's is a quaint little Mexican food spot tucked into a little strip mall. Not much to look at, but you get inside and it is pretty comfortable. I like to rate places based on expectations as well (don't go to a burger shack or small taco truck and expect white glove service....), but since they exceeded my expectations, they get that extra consideration Service was amazing with great attention, knowledge about menu and food preparations, quick and polite, etc. Food was also great coming out on really nice hot plates and cooked right. Nice to get steak meat in a fajita burrito that is sliced thin but not overcooked. Great...

So Sergio's has amazing authentic Mexican food. Really it's amazing stuff!! We live in a small town so it's nice to have authentic food that tastes right out of Mexico! However, after dinner is served it seems like you are forgotten. We were trying to order dessert for about 15mins but nobody came back. We literally could have left without paying and no one would have noticed. I sat at the cash register for like 7-10 mins waiting for someone to give us our bill and pay. The restaurant is really outdated and cluttered. All of our menus were dirty, our table was dirty as well. Bathrooms were clean! And again, the food is delicious and the servers are very nice! It's just they forgot about us for dessert and to pay our bill!

Went to Sergio's first thing when they opened and the service was amazing, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was also amazing!! Thank you for being a part of our community...

This is how much cheese I got when I asked for no cheese on my chile Colorado to go. I could not eat the meal since it was littered with more cheese than meat, as I am lactose intolerant. I expect an order to be correct after spending over $20 after tax. The manager didn't believe me after talking to their cooks. She literally made zero effort to make it right. The owner had the balls to call me back and make excuses as to why my order was wrong, and taking zero responsibility.... SMH. They lost a family full of customers tonight. I would give them zero stars if I could. PS, people who rave that it's authentic Mexican, oviously never visited Mexico for real.... Their salsa tastes more like marinara sauce, and everyone I talk to has agreed 🤣

I was excited to try this place because it had good reviews on google. The prices were pretty expensive for the meals I got. As for the food, the rice was over cooked and overall not very flavorful. In addition my friend had an allergic reaction because the ingredients(peanuts) were not clearly marked. They also did not have the meat which we originally ordered and were told we had to either change our order or wait 30 more minutes for the food to come out. The beans for the fajitas were also substituted for pinto beans and we were just told “we are out of refried, you get pinto”

Great food. Great service. Clean restaurant. I had the steak fajita burrito. I normally get steak fajitas and couldn't decide. Next time I will get the fajitas. Just more of the good stuff: peppers and steak. My friend got an Arroz con Camarones... Which is rice and shrimp. Over beans. With a side of lettuce. With a butter creamy sauce. It got me thinking why shrimp is such a big word in Spanish. Something so small takes up 4 syllables. Ca ma Ron es. My friend tried the Paloma and the mai tai. Very good
