Wendy's — Restaurant in Port Angeles

These tools think they are good at their job. Then why will no one work for ya? You guys suck now that Cindy isn't there. Nothing but rude people working, maybe 2 employees are cool. And that's just because I know them personally. Otherwise every single time I come here it's nothing but attitude and rudeness coming from people. I definitely won't be eating here myself again! Believe that! For thr first time in MONTHS I decided go order, ordered from the app for a carry out pickup. Walked in, got my order just as the manager put it out. Got home, I live literally 3 blocks away, and not only was my BURGER cold, the bacon tasted burnt (had to take it off of my BACONATOR), but thr fries were cold snd I had to come ALL THE WAY back because they didn't even read how the order was sent. But they forgot my sauces, to which the MANAGER SAID "We should start charging for sauces". Um. Excuse me? That's not customer service, nor is it good food service. It's customer Disservice and rude attitude. Best of luck keeping not only employees, but your paycheck with that kind of mindset. I paid 15 buck for a BURGER, FRIES ANS A DRINK. THE LEAST you could do is make sure it's fresh and make sure my order is correct. I even used to WORK HERE. AINT THAT HARD. I was trained on sandwiches, grill, fries, and backend. So I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. There ain't a damn single excuse you could make to me to justify how nasty y'all are. If Cindy hadn't been there for 40 years! Then this place...

At 1 p.m. on Saturday , we lined up ,inside . When we finally was set to place 2 orders, we stood there, with people in line behind us, piling up. The worker that was supposed to take our order, left to assist the cooks. He was waiting for the orders he had taken already, to finish cooking. He finally ,took our 2 orders of 1 double stack biggie meal, 1 crispy chicken biggie meal, 1 small coffee. In which he had stated , coffee came with meal, already. We paid, and we stepped off to the side. We didn't get our cups, or coffee, given to both of us, yet. The guy standing , next in line behind us, he had his order taken, quickly and given a cup for his drink. Then, when we ,finally had our name called ,only one order plus one cup was given. He said our order he took was for one crispy chicken biggie meal, and the other order was, one drink, and no coffee. This worker was doing , 3 or 4 different tasks. He had to go out to dining area , to clean off tables. We took our one order and walked out. I have not been inside to , this establishment in a long while. I have not seen service like this,. before. We will not be going back. Top it all off, we stood up in front for a total of 1...

I went to Wendy’s for breakfast the line had approximately 10 vehicles and my position backed it it the street. I waited 20mins just to advance to the order window and asked for 3 sausage breakfast croissants. I was told it is lunch time that it started at 10:30 I looked at my phone it was 10:44am. I told the lady (claims she is the highest in the chain of command at the Port Angeles branch ) I’ve been in line forever. She than said if you want breakfast go to McDonald’s or Jack in the Box and have a nice day. This is rude. I asked for the manager she said you just talked to her. I asked for her boss she replied go to Wendy’s.com. The lines are always very long and I’m a patient person but to be told I changed the sign with one car in line 14 mins earlier that is a bold face lie. It must be nice to have so much business that you send your loyal locals to the other fast food chains. Today is August 30th the time was 10:44am go to your receipts and check out the truth of times.
