Kansha Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Port Clinton

I don’t even know where to begin. I first had this spot via food truck at a local bar and let me tell you. Trying those crab rangoons for the first time felt like that scene in ratatouille with the fruit and cheese. My friends and I loved the food so much we stalked the bar page to look for the name of the food truck. Come to find out there’s a location nearby. Walking into the building we were greeted with great smiles and a welcoming environment. We got the chicken yakisoba and of course the crab Rangoons and once again an explosion of heavenly trumpets and angels appear in front of you. 10/10...

First time here but we get Habachi a lot. We liked that the chicken was nice chunks of good meat, some other places have tough or slimey meat. We also liked the entire meal had some seasoning but not over done, if you want more flavor... Use the sauce. I liked the yum-yum better than other places. The veggies looked fresh and vibrant, again not over-sauced. I saw other reviews mentioned Raven as a ray of sunshine, and she was. I told her what the reviews said and it made her day. First off, I really hope this place continues to grow and become the best it can. My family and I love hibachi. Our issue is the food. My family got chicken hibachi and steak hibachi with egg rolls on the side. The steak taste and looks like stew meat. All the yum yum sauces were spicy and we ordered regular. I hope they take the constructive criticism and put out better cuts of meat and get the sauce orders right.
