If I could give Poseidon Lounge six stars and a trident, I would! This Port Clinton gem reeled me in with seafood so good, I briefly considered giving up land altogether.
The scallops were so perfectly seared, I swear I heard them whisper "thank you" before I devoured them. The Fruiti del Mar? A Poseidon-approved masterpiece — like the ocean sent its best delegates straight to my plate.
And don't get me started on the martinis — shaken, not stirred, and strong enough to make even Neptune loosen his sea tie. Pair that with their impressive wine list, and you're in for a night smoother than a Lake Erie sunset.

Read moreI had the most wonderful time at this new restaurant with my friends! We were so well taken care of from start to finish. Rory did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed. We ordered a ton of food just so we could try a little bit of everything, and truly everything was fantastic—no complaints at all. Every plate was cleared, and we even made room for dessert. All of the desserts were delicious, but I especially recommend the Key lime cake. The salmon entrée was also a standout—cooked to absolute perfection. All of the cocktails were amazing too. I was so impressed by the entire atmosphere, especially considering it was their first night open—they really had everything down to a T. We will definitely be back. Ordered wine and mussels for an appetizer. The mussels were huge and had great flavor with a generous serving of chorizo. My fiancé ordered the lobster roll for his entree and it also tasted so so good. And the truffle fries chefs kiss I then ordered the sea bass for my entree. Absolute stunner of a dish, who ever created the sweet potato with the hummus on top- I hope your pillow is cold on both sides every night. I’ve never experienced such sorcery with flavors. 10/10...
