First time I've ever tried Wendy's breakfast? It was about 8:15 in the morning. I got cold potatoes and the bacon on my sandwich was so hard. It actually cut the roof of my mouth. It was inedible, and they did not even make my coffee right? It tasted like black coffee and I asked for 6 sugar and 8 cream. I sent the potatoes back immediately because they were cold. Yeah. And when they brought my potatoes out, I asked to speak to the manager and I asked him how long the bacon's had been out? And he said, since this morning and I told him it was so hard, I couldn't even eat it. It cut the roof of my mouth and he said that bacon had a 6 hour hold time for Wendy's, which The health department states no longer than two hours and one hour, if held at ninety degrees or above at that point I was just kind of done with it and very disappointed completely flabbergasted as to a why manager would think or even state, that bacon had a six hour hold time, specifically, for wendy's, is what he stated, but the health department, it definitely holds precedence. Read moreWe went through the Drive Thru around 3:30 pm on New Years Eve (Sunday) and I have to say from the Drive Thru SPEAKER to the actual WINDOW.....Everyone at THIS Wendy's Location IS AMAZING AND SO FRIENDLY AND POLITE !! I know that nobody is thrilled to be stuck working on New Years Eve but every person here was just incredible and so friendly and you do NOT get that anymore at most OTHER fast food locations. Now onto the food....Everything was 100% CORRECT ! PERFECT , Hot , Fresh , Food ,NO MISTAKES ! This IS what everyone SHOULD expect but everyday when you dine out but at other places , People are angry , crabby and do NOT care about their job or the customers and it shows. This store management team should be very PROUD OF THIS STAFF and REWARD THEM for the OUTSTANDING WORK THAT THEY DO. I placed an order online for three value meals, but when I got there, they told me that they "could not" honor the coupon because I had ordered online. I politely explained to a manager that the coupon was why I was there, but she became very defensive and denied that it was at all possible for her to fill a junior frosty without an in-store order. There is no code on the coupon to enter online, so I told her they should put that information on their coupons, and again, she irately told me that was simply impossible.
