I’ll start with the positive: the people are very friendly. On to the negative: I ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese on thin crust. It took one hour and 15 minutes for it to get delivered about one mile away. I should’ve opened the box before the driver left because it wasn’t the right pie, all pepperoni (my kids won’t eat it). I called up to let them know about the error and they were very friendly and offered to send a new pizza right away and said I could keep the incorrect one. This made me happy because pizza, and then I tried it. I had noticed that the box was cold when I accepted it from the driver but I didn’t give it much thought. Well the pizza was lukewarm and the thin crust was floppy not crispy like it should be and the pizza was reminiscent of a two day old reheated pizza. I had one piece and decided it wasn’t worth eating. Fast forward 40 minutes (delivery time is better at least) and the 2nd pie gets delivered. I met the driver in front of the house and I immediately noticed that he was holding the box by the side (like completely sideways or the opposite of flat). At this point my kids just want some pizza and I’m not terribly concerned with smooshed pizza although it is irritating. I open the box and notice that it is again incorrect. This time it’s half(ish) pepperoni and cheese but not thin crust. So after nearly two hours and two delivery attempts the store just couldn’t get it right. This was my second time ordering from this particular Dominos and my first time was very similar. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this...
Read moreThe only thing nice about this place is the driver's attitude. They always have a smile but they always come late. And even then you will always get your order wrong unless it's simple pepperoni. three times now it has been when I order something and they get the order wrong. That whole website thing where they check your pizza to make sure it's correct it's a lie because whoever inspected it the past times completely did not do that part. Not only have they arrived late and had my order wrong but they still wanted the pieces that we had back to inspect it to not return it and to make the order correct which would make us have to wait more for our food whoch will be two to three times longer. So we are stuck waiting without any discount or refund or anything to compensate the fact that they didn't make it right in the first place. Go to a different Domino's if you still like Domino's this one on Pleasant Valley...
Read moreI ordered the 2 for $5.99 each. I ordered it on line. I didn’t get my pizza and primavera dish because I was told they didn’t receive the order. I thought it’s okay I’ll reorder and wait. I saw your pizza special on the tv commercial. It did not say order on line. Domino’s could not help me because I needed to order it on line. I felt upset. Internet doesn’t follow me around.
Now, I call it the $5.99 dirty deal. I didn’t get what I ordered. I felt upset more than normal. I lost my time to go to dominos. It also cost me in gas money to go to dominos.
I do like your pizza because you use the low fat cheese and I don’t need to be bigger. The dirty $5.99 deal upset me and I didn’t get anything. It might be an employee poor training. Maybe the rules changed mid stream. Good by to this...
