writing this due to it being my second negative experience at this location. I hate doing this but I wouldn't have to publicly do so if they knew how to answer a damn phone so I can talk to a human being about my issues. Today I went there to get breakfast for a co worker and I, on my way to work. I ordered two sandwiches, TWO hash browns and one drink. I get to work to give my co worker his breakfast and realize there is only one hash brown, and being fat ass me I took a bite out of the one on the drive to work. So now I'm that douche nozzle at work that didn't get my coworker a hash brown when he wanted one and proceeded to eat one in front of him. I cant leave work to go back, and by the time I can leave what is the point; is it really worth the time and gas to do so? The time before that was a kid's meal issue. You ever had to deal with a pissed off toddler because Mc D's forgot to put frickin BBQ sauce with the mc nuggets? Well thanks to them, I have! I don't even have kid's, it was my friends child, I shouldn't know the evil of a 3 year old with BBQ sauce neglect but now I do! Do you know how traumatizing that can be? I feel like I should get veteran benefits for going through that war zone. People don't have time to go back to get their co workers forgotten hash brown that they paid for, or a 3 year old kids BBQ sauce. I don't want my money back or Ronald bucks or what ever it is you offer people so they wont hate you; just don't leave me to Mc-fix the world around me that is broken because you couldn't do your job right the first time.
They earn the second star because when they aren't ruining my work life and friends kids hopes and dreams of having BBQ sauce with her Mc Nugz, they are very polite and nice. I get mistakes happen, just dont let it happen to me or I will drive back next time to get my money back, write a second review with no intention on returning to that...
Read moreI always like to wait a few days to see if I want to leave a review. I never do and the fact that I am, you know this is going to be all bad. AVOID AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. Took over 20minutes to get food inside. There was one person ahead of us and this rude lady asked us to use the kiosks. We kindly said no thank you and that we could wait. (We had a long order and their kiosks are so slow). She proceeds to huff and puff, walks over to the kiosk and forces the person in front of us (who also just wanted to just say their order to her) to put in the order through the kiosk. This person started telling her, in Spanish, he couldn’t use it so she starts doing it for him and then takes his cash and finishes up the order at HER machine UP FRONT. WHY DIDNT SHE JUST DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH. Why does she feel the need to force people to use something they don’t want to? The whole time she was stalling to help us next, she just stood around asking people what they were looking for?? Like ma’m if they need your help they will ask you..lol anyway can you all believe SHE THEN ASKED US AGAIN TO USE THE KIOSK. This is when I was really bothered and asked her what was the issue about her taking our order? And she said because of covid she wants people to use the kiosk to order. Which I really thought was hilarious because ma’m , if you are that concerned why didn’t you wipe the kiosk down after use like the sign claims? Lol I was wearing a mask, I am vaccinated, and there was a clear plastic wall between me and her. Read moreWORST MCDONALD'S DRIVE THRU IN THE WORLD. Rating them 1 star because you can't rate them less than that. Yes that's how mad we were when we finally got to leave the last pull up window that they make you sit at when they're busy doing nothing with your order. We had to sit in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes and all we ordered was a large iced coffee, medium fries, a small chocolate chip frap and a medium hot mocha. This location has issues with just about every aspect of their team inside. None of them are on the same page whatsoever and it was absolutely stupid when you're watching 7 cars or more leave before you and you got there before them. 4 items took way too long. This store needs team meetings every month, on-the-spot coaching and managers who have a passion for keeping their drive thru times below 100 hours per order.
