For starters…….. the person who served us was very impatient as I was scanning the menus to see what it was that I wanted to try. Next when we went over to get our drinks, I noticed the watermelon lemonade posted. I thought to myself ummm that sounds good. Only there was not any in the containers. The person who accompanied me went to ask them if they could make some. The employee said sure. We sat down and ate our food. About 10 minutes later we went to check again. Nothing. We waited another 15 minutes before asking again. The guy says yes sure give us about 10 minutes. Which we did. To no avail . So we just went home. I’m a very patient and understand person. I would never not be patient. I worked in fast food so I get it. I’m only upset because the restaurant was totally empty besides us for over 20 minutes. I won’t be petty over it however it’s very disappointing. Next you could see the trash overflowing in the cooking area. Nothing was done about that either . Read moreI understand they are a new business and expect a wait. I ordered online to be respectful of this. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40 today 11/24. I stood inside the store from 5:35 until 6p when my order was finally ready. I even asked at 5:45 about the order and they said “it’s being made.” There was a large line, however the people at the end of the line made it all the way to the front and out the door before my mobile order was ready. That is absolutely ridiculous. 20 minutes late and people walking in, getting through a line of 20 people, and getting their food before me? That makes no sense. There was no communication despite my inquiry at 5:45. I want to support new businesses but I am just baffled. No apology, no coupon, no discount. Time is money and they just wasted almost a half hour of mine. They need to update their expected pickup times when they are busy. I understand the new business struggle with lots of people due to I work in fast food, but there is no reason to yell at another coworker who’s up there by herself with barely any help. We understand there’s lot of people waiting but most of us customers don’t mind the wait if service, and quality is good. Food on the other hand, is somewhat bland. My fiance and I both got food. Mine was a bowl, his was a burrito. He wanted steak on his and chicken on mine. When they was fixing it… I tried telling the girl I wanted chicken in my bowl and steak on burrito but instead they proceeded to put the wrong meat on the meals.
