Lady was really rude. Dont come here and give them your business. You'll regret it. Got into it with the lady when i asked her politely for change. She didnt want to and pointed at the coing machine. In which i had 20$ but was not going to get 20$ worth of change. So i asked for 5$ from her. She said I'll do it this time but next go to walmart. I told her i wasnt going to do that when i just want to do one trip then tripS. That this is a business places and shouldn't be a huge deal to just do everything here. In which she stop counting the coin and said. "No i dont have. I will not give change." Got me very upset. Im not going back. I did have to ask the man that worked there also to get change because she refused to. I will never go back to this place. Hope they get shut down. Or it gets taken over...

They gave my husbands clothes to someone else, and they didn't even get the person's information, so we waited and hoped the guy would return it. So they gave my husband $100 to compensate for the inconvenience. When the person returned the clothes, they demanded the $100 back. My husband lost valuable work time, because he didn't have his uniform, and they started taking out his clothes to keep it until he paid them the $100 back. That is embarrasing and they are rude. Believe it when you see bad reviews on here. They deserve all those...

I can't understand the negative. I've done laundry here on and off for 6 years. Yes on a Sunday afternoon it's insanely busy. Construction workers doing their laundry. When it's not so crowded the Mrs is constantly sweeping and tidying. They have recently put in a coin changer. That helps. There was a time when the Mr was sick and some machines went unrepaired.
