You must order the seasonal “Orange Cream Shake”, Oh baby!!! AND get this... the large undoubtedly earned its title. So many places like McDonald’s for example when you order a shake the large size all of a sudden changes to this cup you haven’t seen and your left wondering where the other 1/2 went, lol Right?! I don’t mind spending $4 when I feel like the values there and a large can easily support 2 straws if you wanted to share. I Personally love it bc I have a BOGO coupon for them that they let me use and mmmmm I feel like I saved a ton, had an awesome shake but gain some weight guess it’s a good thing it’s seasonal for that reason.

Read more50 mins in the drive through. AND YOU CAN'T ESCAPE UNTIL UR THE 3RD CAR AWAY!!!!!! Each car was at least a 10min. HURRY UP!!!! THEY LITERALLY TOLD SOMEONE TO PARK. How do you wait 30 mins, AND STILL have to park and wait. The guy a head of me has been at the window for 10 mins. My fries were cold, drink had melted. Sandwich was barely warm. No sauces. Shauntel, the child at the window was wondering the store, literally doing nothing productive, chit chatting talking to people, while my prepared food was sitting at the staging area. The shift manager was Donald. Asked what the person's name was, she walked away. On purpose. I had to flag down someone behind her. I told her my problem, but the girl had more of an attitude than I did, when she only just arrived to work, and I've been there for an hour. Asked her name, SHE WALKED AWAY TOO. I stayed at the window waiting for Donald, finally. He told me to hurry because he had more customers to make wait, given no food was at the staging area. He told me Vanessa's name. The entire experience was absurd. Under staffed, and unprofessionalism at its best. If you don't have the staff to keep the restaurant open. DON'T. Reaching out to customer service was just as ridiculous.

I'm not an individual that speaks badly , but I was so irritated this evening that I feel I need to speak up , I received an email from Arby's online rewards they were having for the July 4th weekend with a 20% off coupon. So I said to my wife let's go down and try Arby's dinner .So I ordered our meals and entered code ,then payment and tried to pay and didn't work checked everything still wouldn't go .upon arrival at restaurant entered with order on phone ,spoke with young lady about problem having placing order, she asked us to wait a moment she would ask , she explained what was happening to the individual in back, we then heard this individual tell from back can't do anything about it. I then asked if there was a manager available was told that was manager and told don't do anything about online orders. I explained it was order online avoid line inside or drive through, but she is busy again we don't have anything to do with online. At this point we order pay for food sir down and begin eating. Few minutes later the women that was talking from back appears in dinning room walks through gives me a dirty look and continues back to behind counter never interacting with us .
