I see a lot of hate for this Dominos. Really about 95% of the time, my pizza is perfect, my order is absolutely correct and the delivery drivers are polite, yet in a hurry. For anyone who has worked deliver, this is totally understandable. It's not a rude hurry it's just an I pay my bills by being polite and fast. I'm strange in that I like my pizza extra well done, I will call and ask since I order online. I order once every 1-2 weeks for a few years now (literally) and only twice did I have an employee say it'll burn it and I explained that I know how I like my pizza, and they decided to make it they way they felt I should it should be made. On that note, aside from the two times it wasn't cooked right in 3-4 years, only once has my order been wrong, and if you saw my order you'd give them a gold medal as that's a huge achievement. That order was fixed, kept the pizza they made wrong, and got a free pizza on my next order. Never once has anyone been even the slightest bit rude, or could even be misunderstood to be rude. And contrary to belief, their hand tossed pizza is actually hand. Not sure if it's frozen dough but your pizza starts as a ball of dough unlike the frozen disks that pizza hut delivers claiming gourmet. There are very few food places that get it right every time like this Dominos. If I could advise to the one thing that could make it better, when a customer orders online, then takes the time to call the store to request his order be cooked a certain way, he/she must want it the way they want it to take that extra step and sit through the phone recordings the ask for it.... You don't have to like it, but train your people to make it how the customer wants it. If you go to a burger joint and ask for extra well done the cook does not decide it's too done and cook it medium. Other than that, I hope to order from here for many more years and would recommend it and do regularly recommend...
Read moreWhenever I order Dominos I order online for delivery, the box with the special instructions, "Please do not over bake the pizza, wings go in 2nd time"watched the count down clock on their website, prep, bake, quality check, out for delivery. It was stuck on quality check for 40 mins, (I should have called told them don't bother) I assumed that the site was having issues, NOPE got the pizzas cold, over baked, cheese was like rubber. I give up....
WOW, just got off the phone with the ARROGANT manager, would NOT let me speak, he got VERY defensive from the start! This time I went to the store to order ( being they can't get it right online) First time ordering oven bake dish, the menu shows oven baked dips WITH a photo of the bread twists, but apparently if you don't mention you want the bread twists you only get a bowl of marina sauce with a bit of cheese for $8.00, Very misleading! I ordered again 2 weeks later, I ordered 1 marina sauce received 2, I ordered 6 ranch dips, received 2, I ordered 1 buffalo dip received 2, the Alfredo pasta was so dry & burnt they should of never left the store, and they pay these people. The manager REFUSED to let me tell him about that, over talked me & his tome was so defensive, they must get A LOT of complaints, because I never raised my voice, or used any tone! Read moreI ordered my pizzas at 3:08 pm. I opted for the text notifications to alert me when my delivery would be completed. At 3:52 I got the notification that my driver is in my neighborhood. At 4:09 I called to inquire about my order and was told the app tracker service is not functioning properly and that the driver would arrive within 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later I go to check the front door and found my pizza boxes tossed on the floor with one of the pizzas hanging outside the box with ants now covering both pizzas. I called the store back and was asked whether there were animals in my neighborhood by the manager. A question that would only serve to waste more of my time. He told me the driver should have knocked on my door but I was near the door and had received no knock. It was not the first time I had ordered contactless delivery with this store so I know the protocol for receiving orders well. The manager that took my call proceeded to suggest for me not to use their contactless services. The responses and suggested solutions by the manager of this store before complying to a refund was not anything I would expect from a food service provider. An hour and a half after paying for my order I am still hungry and disgusted at the implied contentment with the services...
