I have been a frequent customer at TS locations from all over for the past 5 years. This location provides the worst smoothies and ultimately the worst customer service experience that I've ever had at TS. The smoothies were not blended to the smooth consistency that they usually are. This was also not a fluke or me just being a "nit-picking" customer. I tried to go back several times and they still made the smoothies very poorly. I chocked it up to that specific location but was still a fan of TS in general so I didn't mind. But ultimately, the thing that has completely obliterated any possibility of me ever being a returning customer is the fact that I was charged twice for an order. When I tried to get help with receiving my refund from this location, I was given a customer service number that led me to nowhere. When I reached out again they told me to fill out the customer feedback form on TS's website and 3 days later I received a call. The rep told me that they didn't charge me twice even though I had the bank transactions to prove it. He said that he would look into it and got off the phone. He then called me back TWO days later to say that they still didn't take the money even though... I HAD THE BANK TRANSACTIONS TO PROVE IT. He told me that there was nothing they could do. That's it. Nothing more. They took my money twice and didn't give my money back or credit or anything. Not even an apology. And for that, I will never return to...
Read moreFood is made fresh. Smoothies, no complaints. Customer Service, however, AWFUL. Understaffed isn’t even the issue. Who is the hiring mgr here? Clearly THAT individual did not do a thorough check on some of these employees. This inattentive employee with black shoulder-length hair, slowly reaches for ingredients with not a care in the world. At a snails pace, She then takes an order, goes back and forth, adding too much water. Too little powder. A banana that belongs in the trash… Then she STOPS, lets it begin to melt, bends the cup, uses a cracked lid, and instead of placing it gently in the pick up spot. She purposely continues on to the next task. I’m standing, patiently waiting, politely informing her I need to head out and that I really kindly needed the order. 20 min is WAY too long and this happens EVERY time I ever go here. This employee in particular is not good news and needs to be removed from the premise. Her past employment was a $&@% show. As we can all see, she’s made no improvements and the mgr in charge will soon regret that person’s presence. Good fortune she...
Read moreAll the employees are super friendly with an awesome attitude everytime I go in. The store & bathrooms are always tidy, fresh and clean. All my smoothies have been amazing. Try their combos for lunch. Your choice of smoothie, with a salad, wrap, kids meals with an extra side choice. I love their kale Cole slaw. When I go in it's fast, if I order online, it's on the side of the store, in the to go spot waiting for me with my name on it. If you can't make it in, you can even order Uber eats. They always rotate a $5 coupon and specials for you to enjoy. It's so hard for me to choose just one smoothie when I go, that I literally wait for the different specials, & coupons to come out so I can get the one I always want, the green detox and a different one I save in the freezer for later lol. The banana boost or the blueberry bliss comes in a strong second for me. Next time your out, stop in to try something different and fresh. Thank you to all the staff.
