It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Port Orange

Man oh man. Let's see. I ordered it's just wings for dinner via doordash last night. I got the 16 count bone-in wings for myself and my son to split 8/8 with different sauces. When it arrived, the wings were overcooked and dry. I mean CRUNCHY. They also didn't split the sauces (they just dumped a pile of wings in the box and overly sauced it with Asian sauce). Whatever, I complained and got a refund through doordash for the mistake ($5 was all they gave me back. Doesn't even cover what they messed up). Well my son threw a fit. After eating one wing he didn't like the sauce that they used on all of them. He wanted his sauce that they had forgotten. We wound up throwing the meal away and making box Mac and Cheese.. so to make him happy I ordered wings today. This time we tried a boneless 24 pack, hoping they wouldn't be overcooked. We split the sauces again. 12 and 12 with a bunch of blue cheese. Two drinks as well. Well it arrived. I got 12 wings overly sauced in the same container as the fries. Not 24 wings, but 12. Half my entire order is missing this time. They didn't just forget to sauce it. They never sent it out the kitchen. The best part? Because they messed up yesterday, I don't qualify for a refund today on the doordash app. I've made 5 orders total on this app. I'm not someone sitting here scamming for free food. It's not my fault the wing cook can't read. I'm done giving Wingstop/Chilis my time of day and money. Looks like I'm not the only one in these reviews angry with y'all. You ticked me off, but overall your inability to do your job has left a kid disappointed two days in a row. The order was checked by Rhonda and hand signed as well. Ill post the receipt. Why even bother to "check it" if you aren't going to read the ticket? I mean every single line on this ticket is highlighted as if she actually checked it. Yet half the entire order failed to make it out of your store. It seems to me like Rhonda's eyes are what really need to be checked.

P.s. look at that absolute pile of sauce under the receipt in the photo. It's real quality to leave fries marinating in Asian zing sauce isn't it? If this cook staff is this inattentive I'm not sure I even want to see what the kitchen looks like during dinner service....

The only place this place is headed is down hill. Bring back the curly fries, bring back the Apple BBQ sauce, because these changes are for the worst. I stopped ordering drinks from here because it was always not what I ordered, and I stopped ordering the fry sauce because the last 4x I ordered it I never recieved it. The chicken is unappealing, it looks like it's been sitting in the sauce for so long that the chicken started absorbing the sauce, making it look dry and mushy. I don't understand what happened with ya'll. The overall quality of this place has definitely dropped in the last 6mths, surely you could do better this? For reference, I've been a customer here for 1+ years. I order delivery, so I know it's not gonna be as fresh as in store but this just isn't...

I have been craving wings so I figured I’d try It’s Just Wings. My purchase was for pickup. I ordered 2-16 count wings.
