My birthday was about a week ago. Jersey mikes sent me a coupon for a regular sub and 22oz drink . I went by a few days ago to get the sub. I was short on time but I figured I had enough time to pick up the sub and make my appointment . WRONG They didn’t open in time . So I left and planned to do it another day . Few days later went back, they were open and I stood in line with about 3 people ahead of me , still in line 10-12 minutes later , and I failed to see what the hold up was, got a call from my wife , and I had to leave . No big deal . However , today , I feel was inexcusable . I went in at 10:30 , 3 people behind the counter . 2 of them didn’t even look my way or acknowledge I was there . The 3rd person , was on the meat slicer at the counter , I stood there I know for5 minutes before she said anything at all to me . I tried to make light of the matter and stated you appear busy and smiled, she just kept on slicing . After about another few minutes where she sliced meat for another 3 subs, she asked me what I wanted , I said a veggie sub on whole wheat , she said , you want Swiss and provolone ? I said yes. As I looked up, she was slicing more meat . Now understand , I was the only customer in the store , they were obviously preparing another order , but the fact I was there now and I was not being taken care of as a customer . At that point , I told the lady on the slicer , you know what , I’ll just come back another time when you can wait on me , sorry you’re so busy . I just walked out the door. For the record , I was polite the whole time , I made no snide remarks and I was pleasant while I was there and as I left . I WILL NOT GO BACK !!!! To be treated like that was deliberate on her part and inexcusable for me . I’m 68 , and no one deserves to be treated like that...
Read moreI arrived as a simple walk in order at 7:32pm 9/19/2021. I waited at the order line for 5 minutes before I walked out and in to trigger the beep of a new customer... I ask for a giant #7 on white, as soon as I explain my order the two employees explain they have no bread to serve... I continued to ask why they didn't, the younger Female explained that they were out of bread since 4:00pm and that neither her or the other employee knows Nor was never taught.... I Asked for the Manager and they both said the Manager took a Emergency Leave of work.... so just to sum up my complaint and review.... 1. Waiting 5 minutes in a empty store. 2. No bread since 4:00pm. 3. No bread to be served at 7:30pm. 4. No manager to assist. 5. Two Employees left alone to run a store that can't simply make bread..... I worked at Jersey Mikes before it only takes 1 hour to make bread.... What's the point of being open 4:00pm...
Read moreThis was my favorite sub shop. I still love the food. It seems ever since the owners changed they just aren't the same though. I went at 7pm 11/29/17 the employees didn't really work together. No one was asking customers if they wanted it Mike's way. They had customers paying out of order. Employees seemed like they hated their job honestly. I know Jersey Mike's are known for above and beyond customer service and doing things Mike's way. But sadly the chain here has gradually gotten worse since i moved here a few years ago. I think whom ever is in charge has some training to do.
