Arby's — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I tried to go to my Arby’s at 10075 Federal Hwy US1 Port St Lucie Florida at 12:30pm 1/17/2024, and order a roast turkey ranch bacon sandwich as I have for the last 10 years where I want to swap cheeses. It already comes with cheddar and I want to swap for Swiss and a lot of times the workers can find a substitution button on the register that does not charge me cuz the price already includes cheese and 99% of the time they cannot find it and I sent an email once before when this happened and someo called me and told me that it had been corrected and so I’ve ordered it since then and have had no problems for a few months but all of a sudden today the cashier and even the young boy in the Drive-Thru told me I had to pay a dollar extra cuz he couldn’t find the sub button on the register and he even got on the headset and talked to the manager who would not come out and talk to me and said that I have to pay extra and I said it already comes with cheese.. I am already being charged for cheese. I’m not getting extra cheese as you’re trying to charge me, I’m just swapping the cheese. I just had to walk out. This is ridiculous. I was told that it was fixed but it was only fixed for like 6 months and now they’re doing it again because they’re not trained right and a lot of times when they can’t find the button they just turn around and tell the person making the sandwich to put a different cheese but they wouldn’t do that either. I’m so disappointed and I will not be back here this time and I’ll tell my neighbors about the situation and I’ll just go to another...

When you get any Roast Beef Sand. the best part is the delicious Horsey Sauce! They have expanded their menu which makes it worth visiting more often. I didn't like the fact that every single, "live plant", inside was dead or dying! Not what you want to look at when eating. Update: 5/15/18 - First they no longer have dead or dying plants in the restaurant sitting area they were replaced with fake flowers, better but new cared for "real" plants would look better. We enjoy using coupons we get in the mail there are really good deals especially if on a budget. Our food came out hot and the young lady "Taylor" was very friendly and answered a few questions we had about a couple of thier new items on the menu. I tried the new Orange Cream Milk Shake, delicious and had a coupon so got it for Free! We like to go in as opposed as the drive-thru because of the more personalized service and the "Bell" you ring if they gave us great service/food is awesome we ring it loud and more than once! My only critique is the floors are always sticky, dining room as well as the ladies room wearing flip flops (it's Florida) is terrible, please mop...

The floors were gross. Sticky all over, every where you walked. The sauce station was nasty, so nasty I didn't even want to get any sauce. Fries were cold like they had been sitting and sandwich was subpar, not delicious like other Arby's I've been too. Way too salty too. Made me wonder what the kitchen looked like if they'd let the customer area get this gross. For 2 of us eating we spent over $27. Was not worth it. The last 4 or 5 times going there has been a bad experience. We both looked at each other and said we're not coming back. I didn't even eat all my sandwhich, because I lost my appetite with all of it. I just thought somebody ought to know. Makes me look at Arby's different now. I heard others complaining while I was there. They keep telling everyone that they had just mopped but it must have been old nasty dirty water because the sticky floors made a noise everywhere you walked....
