China Wok — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I don't like to give bad reviews, BUT I have been going to this China Wok location for over 17 years...it's very disappointing to receive Shrimp Fried rice made with spoiled rice. It smelled spoil from the time it was opened. I still had doubts, and tasted it...it was spoiled. My only guess is that it was late at night and maybe they wanted to get rid of any stale food. So, I brought it to them the following day. Not an apology, nothing but they refunded me the money. The young male manager did smell it and pretended it was good. I don't have time or money to waste. It's unfortunate because this is one of maybe two times in 17 years that I was disappointed with the food or service at this location of China Wok. But the lack of courtesy has made me rethink my loyalty to this restaurant. I will be driving further away from this point on. Extremely...

This place used to be amazing unfortunately it’s just not the same. Last time we were here, we ended up getting a hair in our food and I know what It can happen. The lady that works the front counter who takes your money, also reaches in and touches your food throughout the bag. That’s a no no food. Safety is important if you’re gonna touch somebody and then touch their food that’s a bad thing to do. I get it, but the food just didn’t taste good anymore. Sadly, we’ve been doing business as a very large family since the early 2000 and will never go back again. The people that work there are not knowledgeable of their food. Literally the worst Chinese restaurant! They don’t include duck sauce, soy sauce or the sweet and sour sauce for my sweet and sour chicken. When I called the store I was told to contact Uber Eats who is now not answering our calls. And for the condiments? I was told it’s not put in the bag for delivery because it’s out front to brag😐 I used to love this place but they have definitely gone down in customer service!
