I'm a big fan of chipotle. I used to eat here three times a week. But in the past 3 months this location has really gone down hill. As a result, I go maybe once a month now. Here are the three reasons why: 1. Speed Since I work 10 minutes away from this location, the online order option to 'skip the line' by paying order and scheduling the time to pick it up was HUGE for me. Past couple years this location was super on point with having the food ready and getting you in and out as quickly as possible. As someone who has worked in and now manages 13 restaurants, I not only see this as a benefit for the customer, but an indispensable function to managing rushes efficiently for staff without having food quality suffer. My past three orders I have ordered early, arrived on time and then forced to wait upwards of 35 minutes to have my burrito sloppily put together on the spot. To visits ago, they lost my order completely I had to show them my phone to prove I actually did order. And I know I'm not the only person who has had to experience this. Quite often I now walk in to a line of those waiting to get their pick up order while the cashier prioritizes the assembly line customers.... Why??? 2. Food Quality Every single time, absolutely every visit these past 3 months I received stale chips. Included below is a photo of my last visit where I received a bag of all crumbled chips... Not one of the bunch was intact. I was Furious but decided to save it for this review. To make things worse when I showed up, a piece of paper saying we are out of cheese at this time was posted to the door. Go online there was absolutely no indication of this. Soo Frustrating. Another thing are the rice cook times. A few orders ago I got a rice bowl to go. Drove back to my office, the rice was so undercooked I took three bites and ended up throwing it away. My last complaint is getting things in my burrito I didn't order. I understand in this environment sometimes you'll get astray fajita veggie or bit of brown rice, but ever since Chipotle introduced queso I have on multiple occasions either gotten it smothered dilibretly into my burrito without ordering, or have noticed the faint but distinct flavor of the queso in the rice without having ordered it. 3. Soda, Ice & Napkin Vending. During a rush? No ice. Only one in the store? No ice.... This is Florida. I shouldn't have to stress the necessity of having ice in your soda fountain machines. I don't understand why you have employees manually fill the machines either. This whole issue could be solved by just getting the machine topper that makes the ice automatically. Having to ask an employee to fill the ice is an annoying and slow process. I certainly wouldn't want them to rush either and possibly hurt themselves!! The lemonade button on the soda fountain has been broken for over a month, you have to put your whole body weight into button to get it to dispense. You also changed over your napkins to now having to grab one at a time through dispenser. I understand wanting to reduce waste if she truly wanted to do that you should just cut the size of your chip bags in half. Since the fill amount is totally unproportionate to the bag size and always has been. Forcing me to grab five napkins one at a time in a rush it's just annoying. I truly hope the store goes back to the way it used to be with super friendly staff who would quickly & efficiently fill your orders with high quality food. Until then my love for Chipotle's food is outweighed by the slew of annoyances that goes with visiting the Port St Lucie location. :(

Worst Chipotle ever. Always long lines. Today only 2 ppl working the front but 4-5 others just standing around talking. I guess on break. After waiting in line about 20 mins I was told that my item can only be ordered online to go or delivery. I asked to speak with a manager and she wasn’t helpful either. Said chipotle should have better signage and that there was no way she could even ring the item up. She did instruct me to order online and I’d be in line for the next order to be made. Time was 511 and next order wasn’t until 530. When asked why couldn’t I just order since I already had to wait in the long line she said because other people have to get their food too and she couldn’t move orders to the front of the list. Reluctantly I ordered my food in line and did my “special” not advertised as such order thru the app. Waited another 20 mins and got my food. The employees at this location have the worse people skills. Food was cold, food prep space was messy and cross contaminated. Woman behind me asked if she could have some sour cream without other food items in it and she was told no that’s all they had to offer. Man in front of me wanted an order of guacamole but employee had the worse time getting the top on so he finally told him forget it. Best bet if you want chipotle in this city is to order delivery. At least the food was prepped in a more controlled space. It was kept fresher and was a much faster service than waiting in line. Got all the way home to cold food, bag of old stale burned chips mixed in with fresh ones and a lost appetite. Pic showing only 2 employees working front, line back to door and burned stale $5 chips. Zero stars today 👎🏾

Rarely have I ordered from the app to pick up at this location do I ever get everything I ordered. In person, when you ask for extra toppings or double meat, it's a toss up if you'll get someone who is stingy with the portions and one who will be reasonable. I've never taken the time to write a review or complain through Pepper chat. This time around, it's different. I placed my usual order as in the screenshot, (chicken bowl) took advantage of the leap day free guacamole special. I received a beef barbacoa bowl, no extra rice, no guacamole, no double protein. I don't like beef barbacoa. Anyway, this order is so incorrect, I went to Pepper chat. She offered a free entree. Good. But, I'll have to pay extra for guacamole and double meat. I don't want to. I don't think it's fair to expect me to do that. I chatted in with a live agent, Aimee, She didn't offer anything different, no matter how much I tried to explain it to her. Then, she said she'll cancel the free voucher and give me a refund. I didn't want a refund. I just want to be able to get what I ordered. I paid for extra protein and queso already plus got free guacamole. I just wanted to be able to reorder what I paid for already and actually get it without having to pay more. She basically told me take it or leave it🙄 . I don't recommend this location. And, I'm dissatisfied with customer service. I didn't ask for anything unreasonable.

Good food, but terribly mismanaged.

The food here is great, and has been consistently great, for many years. But there is a huge problem with the staff, and it’s gotten so bad we’re going across the street to Moe’s now.

Here are a couple of examples why.

Yesterday my wife and I went in for lunch, and we both got bowls, as usual. When you get to the first (and subsequent guys), they just stare at you. There’s no “Hi, what can I get you?”, they just stare at you until you tell them what you want. There’s no talk at all, no greeting, no explanation of the meats or condiments, just stares. I always feel like that Seinfeld episode of the Soup guy.

It’s also hit or miss what kind of portions you get. Sometimes a half a scoop of rice, sometimes two full scoops. Sometimes a light scoop of meat, sometimes a scoop and a half.

Same deal with other condiments, especially the very expensive guacamole, which we always get. When I’m paying as much as 3 whole avocados per bowl and I end up getting about a tablespoon of guac, it really angers me – especially when I see the young kids their age getting served 4x as much.

When I checked out yesterday the bill was higher than expected, and over the way-too-loud music, I asked why. The cashier said, “I thought you got double meat”. No, no I didn’t. She feigned checking with the guy that made it, to confirm it. Took off the additional charges without a word. There was no apology, not a word, but plenty of attitude.

As this was happening, a woman with a “take out” order came up to the register and said, “This is supposed to be a large tortilla chips, and there’s literally 9 chips in here!” I don’t know how it was handled, as we moved away to get some napkins and cutlery.

When we got to the condiments/utensils/napkins station, it was empty. No forks or spoons, zero napkins. I had to go back to the counter to ask for both.

The place is filthy. Tables and floors are rarely cleaned, and the staff could obviously care less. They move like pond water, and I’ve never seen or heard a single smile or a “thank you”. Apparently, these days, we should be lucky if employees just show up for work and do the bare minimum.

There are much better options for healthy food around here, where they’re not trying to cheat you. And for the same price, you can easily go to a place and have a waitress serve you good food with a smile. Being friendly, helpful, and hard-working used to be a requisite for any person in the service...

Recently moved from socal....workers are extreme non attentive and extremely frugal in portion. ..need to take up with management ...there is a young mixed half black half white kid who works on the line...he the embodiment of my statement basically...also never any Utensils stocked...where to escalate issue?????

9/5/25. At noon 12 approximately iasked the Hispanic manager and the cashier host Ainsley for a adobo sauce with my chicken salad. Smiled and chuckled no have. Then I said when would it be ready she shrugged her shoulders and smiled again. Then I asked ok I will wait which then the Hispanic manager chuckled and giggled I would have to get the ingredients from a another store to make them for you, giggling to imply please dont ask us for adobo sauce any more right now! Also the meat portions are half a spoon !!!! While at 2421 NW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994 , they are normal spoonful portions not half , quality of every meat is way better, and also the customers want to be there especially the manager!!!

6/11 so dry barbacoa and dry honey chicken!! Flavorless!!!just salty!! Angry employees!!! FIRE BILL!!!!!!!

7/10 lunch.. to start take a look at the barbacoa? More like shredded beef..? Come check out stuart location for flavorful juicy barbacoa not bland and no juice. The employees clearly do not want to be there..and could care less what you want all the while thinking they did service to a customer.. ..just close this location down already!

Guy who looks like this works there............a much skinnier version though

7/17

Dazed absent minded cashier teen who probably can't wait to go home and ɛlay video games charges me for honey chicken instead of regular chicken salad bowl. Then after paying and confirming the Latina older lady beside him accused me of not paying repeatedly when i showed both repeatedly that discover card had been charged 10.43. She kept saying" no didn't pay". Then splendidly and bullishly threw in adobo dressing in my bag. No apologies or courtesy from any of the workers. Or care.. and food...thats another issue

7/22 got honey chicken. Relative to stuart location...flavorless....i literally had tp re season chicken......I dont get it. .why stay open. Just shut down this...
