I have been to this location several times, their service and food is inconsistent. But with every visit I hope for a better experience. I decided to share my experience this time around since I have a triple repeat bad experience and this time it’s doubled with bad customer service from cashier and her supervisor. I ordered a specific meal online, a meal was ready for me when I arrived for pickup. I checked to verify my meal and it was missing the main item I ordered and had a double item that I wanted only 1/2 of. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and told her I will pay for the main item since it is what I really wanted. I really did not want the other items but chose them since they complete the meal. She took my receipt walked away, spoke with another staff. She returned and threw the receipt on the counter beside the bag with food. I thought they were making the meal so I stood there waiting. Over 15minutes passed and I asked the cashier if they were preparing the meal she said no and they were not serving the item. I spent over 1/2hr in the store thinking the issue would be addressed. All that time I was been ignored. I asked her why would I be standing at the cashier counter for so long. It was never rectified.
The quality of the food, poor management, customer service, staff attitude and this experience is not worth my time. There may be limited options available but surely it can’t be worse than this anywhere else.

Read moreHave been coming here 3 or 4 times a month for a year but last night at 8:45pm this is what it was. Since I always order chicken and green beans (there was 3 piece s of chicken in dish, I choose to order steak with a $1.25 upcharge no problem but when it got to ordering kids meal floor manager said I could not do so. I explained we always order that way, he replied staff has been fired for that. NOT MY PROBLEM AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I am paying for the food please give me what I ask for. Love the chicken egg rolls but couldn't have because the 2 that were there were dried out and looked like they been there six hours. As a loyal customer if it happens again I will try a new location (Tradition) if Panda is going to tell the customer they can not have what they're paying for- I choose another restaurant SIMPLE! As far as staff- the girl who took my order (of 2) did the first 1 then made another employee come grab the box chatted while I'm waiting took the guys order behind me checked him out before me. Sorry just lazy and bad training. Mangers need to up expectations and if you dont want to work- hire me....
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised with our food. It was a last minute decision to eat here and so it was close to closing. But they still had plenty of food and cook was still busy cooking. It was busy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. I ordered kung pao chicken and it was good/average, not out of this world. The other item I ordered was honey walnut shrimp, it was the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth! I’m still craving some today! The plate came with two selections and fried rice which good also. I’ve lived in south Florida for over three years and have yet to find my favorite Chinese restaurant. Does Panda Express check every single box?
