I always go to the jimmy johns in Port St. Lucie I love the sandwhiches have been going for a few years. I picked up my sandwhiches on 6/8/2024. I got my sandwiches and went home because I never had problems. My son and mother in law open there sandwiches and my mother in law notice that her sandwich was an Italian assuming mine was the 3 I told her to eat it. I open the last and it was a ham and I ordered the spicy Italian. I called jimmy John’s and spoke to 2 ladies and I told them the situation and they said ok they will make it. I forgot to bring the other sandwhich and they wanted me to come back with the sandwiches which was so bad bc I had 4 kids I had to go back at home. My mother in law went back and the two ladies were rude and very nasty to her. The man that was there made the sandwich for my mother in law. This is so bad I never had this problem and I won’t come in and say there was a mistake if there wasn’t. They were very unprofessional these ladies and were mad they weee wrong. I believe they need more customer services skills and need more training about customer services because I’ve work in customer service all my life and food service. Read moreI've been ordering from this place for 3 years, and every time there's an issue. Every time they deliver I give the driver a 30% tip even though they cannot seem to get the order right, and most of the time they are rude! Today, when I tried to explain that I would like extra hot peppers and I never get them, the young lady basically said that I’d get it how they make it and hung up on me. I will never order from this place again. I think I'm just going to start going to Publix, Subway, or Which Wich even though it takes more time away from my very busy schedule, because it's just not worth the hassle! I deal with customers every day, and sometimes they can be so caught up in their own lives, with their own problems, that they can be somewhat inconsiderate and self-centered. I get it life is complicated at times, to say the least, and I don't think that people mean to be this way. Knowing this, I am very conscious of the fact that most people in the customer service industry deal with this constantly. However, I make a conscious decision not to act like this when I interact with others, and even though it conveniently saves me time, I will not be treated this way by someone who should know better. Read moreHad a terrible experience at this location today at 6 pm. 2 females and a guy were working that shift and myself and my family came in we were instantly profiled and treated poorly. After asking to view our sandwiches it was shoved in our faces by the male making the sandwiches after that experience I decided I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the sandwiches the woman behind the counter stated she would only provide a partial refund and questioned why I wanted my money back. I explained to her that I did not have to give her a reason and she proceeded to call me a b!tch and told me to get the fnck out of her store and not to come back.
