I had a tmoble app coupon to use with thier App- when I orderdd it charged me twice and did rhe order 2x and then canceled the order saying I couldnt use the coupon again! The GM came out and gave me an additude because of what the app did and was RUDE! I said I wanted my money back it took and would like to get my free pretzel I was trying to order- she slammed my tax amount on the counter and then tossed a pretzel at me and had me bring up the coupon which I had told her had been used on the site and wouldnt work again- which was why I came in to let them know- it had also canceled what I paid for- I dont think I will use their app again- that was vwry unpleasant considering evidence showed the issue there should have been NO additude to my request! First off I'm giving four stars because I haven't tried all of the menu or the famous lemonade that supports childhood cancer research but that gives me something to look forward to the next time I stop in. I had the traditional pretzel bites with the classic cheese dip and it was fantastic. I also had the chance to sample the cinnamon and sour cream-n-onion flavors. The cinnamon were great the sour cream flavor could use a little work but with Destiny handing out samples I couldn't complain she's such a great person and her confidence makes her a great asset to Auntie Anne's. I would suggest some kind of perforated bottom to the cup just so they don't get so soggy towards the bottom. Overall, great recipe great location. Keep it up...

The pretzels are good, however the people who make them are questionable. There is one lady with black hair and the hair is always hanging down in her eyes. This hair can get in our pretzels. She does wear a headband, however her bangs are hanging down over the headband, defeating the purpose entirely. Don't t people realize the main object of wearing a headband or hat is to keep hair out of the food you are handling...
