KFC — Restaurant in Portage

Place was empty except for us 3. Dining room was dirty considering how slow they were. Trash cans full. Windows filthy. Many tables dirty. All the staff were busy talking and none were even trying to clean. One lady had over 2 dozen large mashed potatoes on the counter and was filling more. The 10 piece meal was what we ordered. The thighs still had the tails attached. The chicken seemed soggy. The breast had a large bald spot on it where there was no breading. Mashed potatoes were luke warm. The biscuits were ok. The girl did even ask us about drinks so she gave us a glass which was nice. Bathroom was really filthy in mens room and smelled of urine. The girl who can out while we were eating used one rag to spray yellow bottle on table and wiped everything on the floor and also used the rag on the seats. The entire time we were there no one did any cleaning except what little attempt the girl did out in the dining room. Trash on the floor as well. I did take a few pics regarding the person filling dozens of potatoes on the counter and the bald spots on the chicken. The gravy was all over the outside of the container and made a mess and had to was hands again. Outside around building had trash as well. No one wore any gloves entire time we were there despite working with food. No guests dined in the entire time we were there. I hope the upper Management fixes the unsanitary conditions and unsafe food handling that was shown to us while we were there. It appeared that the one woman might have been the general manager which would be quite disturbing. Too much time gabbing and...

This place is horrible. Went last night at 8:45pm. Waited at counter for 30 mins. 3 of us all together, worker took 1 order at 9:00pm scurried back to make it, and gave it to our friend. Then was attempting to ask us what we wanted and talked into head set and walked away. Took that drive through order ran back and made it. Out of biscuits, out of chicken sandwich, and chicken nuggets. The other guy was in the kitchen cleaning and I think he should've been cooking. Everything was cleaned - fryers, oven off, floor swept, ,,,at 8:45! Obviously they wanted to get out right at 9:30. One guy came in from drive through cuz his order was wrong . Worker took care of him,,brought him a side...then finally asked us what we wanted at 9:15. They were out of two of the things we wanted. We asked what they had, and the worker Said "well let me go back and check!" At that point we were done and left. Worst service ever,,and I don't believe the GM "left them out of everything", as the worker stated. It's clear you cldidnt want to cook anything cuz it was turned off and cleaned . At least our friend end got to eat. Never again! Shame on the owners, if you have a business and are short handed you take pride in it and work it...

On Saturday 7/8/2017 When we went thru the drive thru of this restaurant and we were told they were out of the old recipe and it would be 13 minutes. We paid $26.36 for the big bucket and were asked to wait outside and not block their drive up window. 40 minutes later I walked into the restaurant and watched as they were handing buckets of chicken to the new arrivals and completely ignored us. When I notified the woman that was working the window, she was obviously embarrassed. At that point they were once again out of the old recipe and it would take a few more minutes. By then the experience turned so bad that I told the lady that the experience ruined my appetite and I wanted my money back. She brought out the manager who was a short woman with black hair who told me their policy was "No Refunds". I asked her for a copy of her policy and she refused but offered some kind of coupon. I agreed and then she changed the story and told me she needed all my information because she would have to send me the coupon and it would take weeks. She would not give me the $26.36 back and refused any other option. I left with no chicken and no recourse. I'd never buy...
