Read moreWe ordered off the app for the Bogo buy one get the second one for $1...we ordered tonight and on Sunday..Sunday I realized the sauces on my sandwich became soggy when I only ate half, so tonight in the special orders or part where the comments go, I asked that the sauces or dressing I ordered for my sandwich be on the side- meaning in a separate container. It was ignored and put on my sandwich. Two reasons for this I never tried the one I ordered so I didn't know if I would like it and I didn't want a soggy sandwich. When we pulled up it seemed all of the employees were standing out back..no one came in, but our order was on their shelving unit marked online orders...then after reading all the previous reviews and the one with the picture of the bug...grosses me out..thankfully we didn't have that experience. I would like the employees to pay attention to their orders..and maybe provide a little...
Read moreI've been here quite a few times and always had an amazing experience, but yesterday when my boyfriend and I came in was what drove me to write this review. The staff working were super polite and friendly, and extremely patient with us. Working a customer service job where I'm behind plexiglass everyday I can understand how frustrating it can be not to hear the person on the other side. No one rushed us, and double checked they were getting everything right. They were extremely kind and really made our experience very enjoyable! And for any one wondering about their COVID safety precautions, they have one entrance and a separate exit and have everything spaced out very nicely, and masks are required in their store. We will definitely be visiting more frequently now (And not to mention one of the best subs I've had). Can't wait to...
