Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Portage

I ordered chicken and I swear it was raw. I called and spoke with the manager- who was incredibly stand offish (not really rude but definitely hostile) and he informed me that "it's impossible for it to be raw because it comes precooked and they just heat it up." Having worked for a competing pizza place in the past we also got "precooked" wings and there is absolutely a possibility for them to be raw. They are slightly cooked and you put them through the oven to finish cooking them the rest of the way. If you don't let them thaw then they absolutely will come out raw. Regardless- the meat was pink and translucent (I included pictures) and was by no means edible.

Maybe it wasn't their fault- vender issues are very real. Regardless- $9 for chicken is relatively cheap but this is the last time I'll be going to this location. I understand people constantly trying to scam for free whatever gets real and gets frustrating but being at work currently it's not like I can run out and grab a replacement anyway. I wasn't asking for anything to be remade or refunded. A little sympathy goes a long way sometimes. Regardless- watch your food at this location and if it's bad then don't bother. Apparently everyone is just out to scam...

My day would have been better if I had done as I normally do and not entered your doors. Needed a quick meal to feed a table full of young men headed to my house to help with a project. Saw the $6 Hot N Ready Thin crust sign and thought, "Perfect". I asked how many of them they had available, and the gentleman behind the counter said "Oh we dont have any of those". I referenced the large sign and he said that's only at 4pm. I checked my phone, it was 3:57 PM. A lady in the back called up that she had one coming out of the oven "right now". So we paid for that one and another style and sat down to wait on the one being boxed up right then. The gentleman behind the counter went home, and 15 minutes later I asked about our pizza. They had sold it to someone else while we were sitting right there waiting. Then we had to wait another 5 minutes for a manager to give us a refund as we needed to get home at this point because those helpful young men were waiting on US now, and their dinner would have to wait on a better company's delivery service. Waited 30 min because the staff up front got overwhelmed and started giving random pizzas to people. One employee started swearing, dropping F bombs about “rude customers”... yet, she completely left her post to talk with a friend for a bit in the lobby, while 10+ customers waited in line to order/pick up their orders. The same young woman wasn’t even wearing her mask over her face. Total disorganized chaos and rude service. Zero support of social distancing. Everyone in the lobby was shocked and the other staff seemed embarrassed and urged her to stay in the back. I watched her mess up on counting back change to another customer and she ended up giving him about $200 in 5’s ( thought they were ones maybe?)... I will never go to this location again. I’d rather sleep in a tent city under a bridge in loss Angeles than come to this...
