Oh how Mighty have fallen! I remembered the day when I would visit Burgerville and pick up a cheeseburger for a dollar. It was cooked all the way through and the cheese was melted. I also remember the Tillman bacon cheeseburger. When I could afford it for $2.50, it was wonderful. The tomatoes were fresh. The cheese was melted and the hamburger cooked well done. What I got back this time was neither of that. The cheeseburger bun was dry and stale, the cheese unmelted. The hamburger patty cold: , it was wonderful. The tomatoes were fresh. The cheese was melted and the hamburger cooked well done. What I got back this time was neither of that. The cheeseburger bun was dry and stale, the cheese unmelted. The hamburger patty cold, and if it wasn’t for this special sauce that reflected none of my previous glory days I would’ve barf this piece of crap all that reflected none of my previous glory days I would’ve barf this piece of crap all over the pavement: but now the bacon Tillamook cheeseburger. They dare charge me $10 for this horrific piece of crap. The bacon, thin and malleable like a McDonald’s microwaved flimsy. The hamburger also cold. I could swear it was the same size hamburger of the piece of crap I just previously ate. And the tomato? Not red but a stale pink. Flavorless and unripened. If it wasn’t for the Lip jewelry and nose rings Studs in the pink haired cashier distracting me, I would’ve asked for a Total refund. They have gone away of every penny Pinching, Customer careless Fast food restaurant out there. All I want is a good hamburger that I don’t have to pay Biden /Harris prices for. God help us for this present administration, Again forcing out One of the best fast food restaurants To lower their quality In exchange for Customer...
Read moreFood: Our recent visit to Burgerville on St. Johns did not disappoint! We dove into their seasonal offerings, starting with the Spiced Honey Cheese Curds ($5.49) with Garlic Aioli ($0.30). These were a delightful combination of sweet and savory, with the garlic aioli adding a nice punch. The Tostada Burger ($8.99) was another seasonal hit, offering a unique and flavorful twist on a classic. For drinks we got a 12oz Dark Chocolate Strawberry Bliss Shake x 2 ($5.59) which was also seasonal.
Everything we tried was delicious, except for the Plantville Cheeseburger (full meal $18.49). Unfortunately, my partner noticed the patty was undercooked halfway through, and it wasn't quite to her liking. This is a minor blip on an otherwise fantastic experience, and perhaps next time we'll explore another exciting option on their ever-changing seasonal menu.
Price: $44.67 (Tip included $5.82).
Service: This is where Burgerville on St. Johns truly shines. This kind of proactive customer service is exceptional and highlights Burgerville's commitment to guest satisfaction. It makes us even more eager for our next visit!

Read moreCustomer service seems to always be very friendly. I'm glad they are back to serving customers as I thought they were permanently closing. Their prices are quite high and that one reason we don't go as frequently as other places nearby. I have 5 kids, so we order quite a bit anywhere we go. The amount I pay here is equivalent to what I'd pay at a dine in restaurant like Red Robin or Olive Garden. But if I'm feeding myself or my husband, it's not too bad. We mainly go here for their shakes. I'm extremely disappointed that they did away with the cones and soft serve altogether, though. I'm actually quite surprised too, honestly. They have thee best ice cream I've ever had. Especially for a fast food/restaurant. In my opinion, nothing compares. So, when I heard of this, I was quite upset. Especially since they still do shakes, so they still have the product. So, when I'm craving their soft serve, I just order a plain vanilla shake not mixed just straight out of the ice cream machine. Sometimes, I'll get a little pushback from the workers, likely because they may not understand what I'm asking for, but after explaining, they get it right. Downside, I have to pay the price of a shake for what used to only cost me a couple of bucks. Hopefully, we'll see it come back. I loved their strawberry ...
