My brother Matthew McConnell hegland was found dead floating in the river. He was a thirty year old father to two. They say he jumped, then got snagged underwater and his lifeless body was found a year later. The thing is they still haven't done an autopsy despite him being known to have deeply feared heights. He was also mummified and not eaten by any fish. His clothes were complete and the writing on it legible. They say he left work and did this.
