We had a lovely time at Collector! We tried a few cocktails (Matchbook, Take Me Back, Broken Clock) and they were all delicious (and quite expensive, but thatâs Portland I guess).
Laid back and romantic atmosphere, definitely a good place for a cute date or meeting up with friends (not a ton of seating for large groups though). Loved the woodwork and decor, and big fan of the dimmed and cozy lighting.

Collector had some of the best cocktails I've had in Portland and the staff were so nice and friendly (shout out to Carson!). I loved the stark exposed rough concrete wall, enclosed wood booths and the bar wall thoughtfully covered in a unique collection of artifacts, art and a large taxidermy peacock.
